Oct 2019: My moving process was easy and simple. Really recommend this place. Ellie Nazario was very caring every time even after I moved in. Review from Google
Oct 2019: Absolutely changed my opinion on this community. The property manager, Amanda, is disrespectful and rude. She needs to find another profession, preferably one where professionalism is not a requirement. She shows no care or concern for tenant issues, blatantly told me to my face that she did not sympathize with my issues. I recently sent an email to one of the corporate managers several weeks ago expressing my concerns and I received no response. Common courtesy is obviously something they lack. It starts from the top down. It’s no wonder this Amanda has no people skills. I will note that two of the administrative staff, Chanel and Ellie have always been professional, caring and responsive. It’s sad that their immediate supervisor can not possess the same qualities. Unfortunately, I will leave at the end of my lease . Review from Google
Oct 2019: Great area, but was disappointed with the apartment. Moved here sight unseen and was okay with the older appliances and finishes, but there was definitely a roach infestation from the previous renter and was not taken care of before I moved in. Will be looking to see what my options are since I am a brand new move in. Review from Google
Aug 2019: We've been living here for four months now. Throughout the application process we were helped by the front manager Chanel who was very polite and helpful for our whole experience. Since moving in we have had to put in a few work orders because admittedly the appliances are somewhat old and unreliable. However I am consistently impressed with how quick effective and polite the maintenance men are in responding to our work order requests. Overall I am very happy with this apartment complex and assuming nothing major happens to change my mind I fully intend to renew my lease at the end of the year. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Cranes Landing is AWFUL. Here’s why: 1. The ladies in the office will tell you different things. None of them are on the same page. I guess that explains why Cranes Landing has been bought out 2 or 3 times since living here. Even getting ahold of them is a hot mess. They don’t answer phones, they don’t respond to emails and they don’t do anything on time. 2. They charged me extra money each month. You can ONLY pay online but they make you pay a $5.00 fee to pay online? The first time Cranes Landing was bought out, I was charged randomly $5.13 or $2.10 multiple times for MONTHS. When I called to ask what it was for, they would come back and say “the old company didn’t add taxes & other fee’s to your account” WELL that’s your problem, not mine. You can’t charge me months later for fee’s you just now see? 3. The first apartment we had there was NOT what was shown on the tour Review from Google
Jul 2019: Maintainance broke our Air conditioning a month ago an haven't come to fix it yet. This place used to be okay until they switched to a new property manager who literally downgraded everything they could. - can't make individual payments now - reduced our trash can size so our trash bags don't fit anymore AND they'll fine you if you don't play their game of "you can only use your trash at such and such hours, on such and such days" - making us give a notice of move out 3 months prior (we're college students and had exams at that time) - never in their office, even during posted hours - can't MAKE MAINTAINANCE REQUESTS ON THE COMPUTER? HAS TO BE THRU APP WHICH NEVER WORKS! (this last one really sucks because they don't keep up the place and everything is constantly breaking) - potholes all along the roads of the complex Please pick anywhere but here Review from Google
Jun 2019: I have lived here for a little over a year and love this place. Office staff is great, very professional. Maintenance staff also responds to any requests within 24 hours. Quiet. Great amenities. Recommend 100%. Review from Google
May 2019: Honestly we are very happy because we had so many problems at the beginning, but the property manager Coraly Barrios resolved all our issues. The PM was very professional and always followed up on all the issues that we had. As a Maintenance Supervisor I can tell that she has an open door policy and always has time to talk, she really cares for her residents. IF it wasn't for her we would have left and never looked back. May 2019: I liked it when I lived here back in 2012. Recently moved to another state, and there is a landlord collection on me for 2013-2014 when I didn't live here. It's been getting me denied for moving into a new place and I cannot get ahold of them, not even the places I applied to can reach them. I have called for the past 2 hours every 5 minutes and because I am sick of throwing away money on application fees because apparently I owe these people money, again for a year I didn't even live there. Review from Google
Apr 2019: I am sitting outside the office at exactly 6:01pm after driving over an hour. I called THREE TIMES since 5pm and could never get through to a community member. It is impossible to get with this office and always has been for 3 years. I have 1 form to drop off to cancel my lease and was trying desperately to call and see if someone could wait even 2 minutes. Their new touch tone dial menu makes it impossible. I’m livid!!!! Review from Google
Apr 2019: Looks very nice Grandkids live there. They like it. Nice it has two pools front and back. Only problem with GPS gives wrong address out to others when you are in the back of complex. NO ADDRESS ON THE FRONT SIGN EITHER. We drove past it and had to turn around Review from Google
Feb 2019: Nice hang out spot and restaurants around the area Review from Google
Sep 2018: The units are rather old but overall the experience was not bad I can say that it’s not the worst place in the area. Review from Google
Jul 2018: First of all, I'd leave 0 stars if it was an option. The complex is by far the dirtiest complex I've ever lived in. There's constantly trash and leftover food strewn about our hallways from raccoons getting into people's valet trash. While walking my dog every day, I was just absolutely disgusted by how dirty the complex was. Speaking of dogs, the dog waste receptacles were always overflowing. Go take a drive around, it's not a gated community. Park and walk around and you'll see what I'm talking about. Our apartment had some drawers that didn't open because there were appliances in the way of them. Even though our stove was "new," maintenance left it up to us to remove the stickers, cardboard, packaging, etc. Our dryer wasn't even hooked into the wall properly. I had to take care of that. The lights from the outside hallway BLARE through yo Review from Google
Jul 2018: It took them FOREVER to respond back to me, so I decided to look at the reviews and boy did i dodge one. Infestations, garbage, dirty complex....... no thanks. Read all negative reviews before going here, they pretty much all complain about the same issues, which means it's probably true. And when all the good reviews are written, it's suspicious, because it's all around the same time. I wouldn't trust this place. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Jose and Rodney with maintenance at Cranes Landing are awesome. They fixed all our needed repairs quickly and they were very professional! Review from Google
Jun 2018: The new management is awesome they been working around the clock to get this community better the girls at the office are. Very organized and extremely helpful and the maintenance guys are great they respond quickly and efficient you can see the changes already and it will only continue to get better Review from Google
May 2018: The management is great and undertanding. I've lived here for 2.5 years and I haven't had many issues in regards to living. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Moved to this complex a month ago and i have to say this is probably one the best complex ive moved, the service in the office is high quality, their priority is the resident!, the maintenance staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of maintaining the apartments and are always on top of every, Rodney, Jose and Hector deserve a big raise!! Best of the best. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Nothing has gone right here since the day of move in. Move in day, a thick layer of dust covered the entire ceiling, appliances were grossly outdated, lightbulbs were out, window screens broken, scratches all over doors, holes in the kitchen flooring, a leaking fridge, dusty air vents, and much more plagued the entire apartment. It took over almost a month to get all these things fixed when they should have all been taken care of prior to move in. This apartment was, and is still not “luxury” as advertised. The amenities are not “luxury” either. This community is grossly over priced and you do NOT get what you pay for. When I signed the lease 9 months ago, rent was 1380. Around theee months ago, the new management noticed a fee on the lease they didn’t see before. They began charging all tenants of the community this extra 10 dollar Review from Google
Feb 2018: We moved into these apartments in October 2017. We moved out December 2017, we unfortunately had to move to our home state shortly after arriving. While we were here the staff took such good care of us. Maintenance was always there to fix any problem you can think of, and the manager Erica was amazing with helping us terminate our lease. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful even though we were leaving. The appliances are a little dated but kept in practically perfect condition. In fact everything is well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! You just can’t beat the hospitality here! It’s the best I’ve ever experienced. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Very good Office staff, quick to help when ever we have a problem. Maintenance staff is always smiling and helpful. They handle all problems we have had in a very timely manner. Everyone greets you or waves. Very good experience. A few roaches but pest control comes out once a week. Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is absolutely horrible, they make you pay for things such as pest control and trash. There has been numerous times they dont take the trash for over a week and pest control has not come since march of last year for me anyway. The apartments are built very poorly with nails sticking through the carpets on the sides one if which went through my foot when i first moved in, and when i told them they did nothing. Twice now water has water leakes through my ceiling and damaged my wall, ceiling, and floor, and they have done nothing. When me and my current roommate moved in they made us pay around $1,200 each. And then a week later told us we still owe rent for the month after giving them around $2,500. And the worse part is bugs. I am on the bottom floor and bugs crawl right through my window and all over my bed. The window is always clo Review from Google
Nov 2017: My apartment was broken into in August 3 weeks after I first moved in. I was promised by the leasing office that they would allow us to break our lease free of charge due to the underlying circumstances related to our robbery that involved the theft of a firearm and some other weapons. After filing a complaint we then receive a note on our door stating that we are responsible for our own safety and that we could pay a fee to either have the doors re-keyed or additional security installed for a fee. In said letter it states to not walk alone at night. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Not only did they go back on their promise to get us out of here due to us feeling unsafe free of charge but now it’s our fault??? This place is a joke and I would not recommend anyone to live in this community this was my first apartment experience and it will be marked as a te Review from Google
Oct 2017: Great complex. Wonderful staff. They definitely will accommodate all of your needs. I was in town for a small amount of time, I called them a couple days ahead to let them know my situation and they actually stayed later the day I came (my flight landed pretty late) to help me and out with my situation. It's a wonderful community Review from Google
