Jan 2019: Stephanie was amazing helping me get a place quickly and a great roommate quickly!! Me and my roommate hit it off quick, the room was nice and tidy for us ! The process was smooth unlike the other apartment I was at ! definitely recommend! Review from Google
Jan 2019: My experience here has been exemplary. Stephanie in the leasing office. has made life so much easier, from finding me an awesome roomate to greeting us with a smile when ever we see her. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Great customer service. Stephanie is an angel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served. They offer a play room and there’s a laundry room. Review from Google
Dec 2018: The apartments are nice, however the internet is unreliable on good days and unusable on bad. There has also not been hot water in my apartment for a week at least now. I would not recommend moving here until these issues are taken care of. Review from Google
Dec 2018: *DO NOT LIVE IN ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES* Collegiate Village Inn is by the far one of the most poorly run property agencies EVER. I lived in one of their apartments from Fall 2017- August 2018, and there were major issues right from the get go. Upon moving in, I had no AC, no electricity, NO WORKING TOILET, and there was mold in every inch of the unit. There was also no washer/dryer in the unit and I was forced to do my laundry at the laundromat. When they finally installed washer/dryer several months later... I had to pay to do laundry. I was absolutely repulsed that a company would allow people to rent an apartment in such poor condition. ALSO, they broke a number of code violations. I did not have a working smoke detector/fire alarm for months, and THE WINDOW IN MY ROOM WAS BOLTED SHUT. Throughout my time living there, maintenance was pretty Review from Google
Dec 2018: I lived at one of CVI’s properties (3680 Khayyam Ave) for a full year unfortunately. Not only is their staff awful, the living conditions are worse. I could not move into my apartment from the beginning of the lease (Aug. 6) until October 10 because there was no toilet, there was a huge hole above my shower in the ceiling, no range, no stove, and no kitchen sink. The windows were broken in and there was glass all over the living room floor. The only thing that worked was the fridge, but it wasn’t even cleaned out before I moved in. Maintenance was NEVER there when they said they would be, and I noticed that I was sick with a runny nose and scratchy throat almost the whole time living there. I am not sure if there if mold but I wouldn’t doubt it. This property management company is equivalent to slum lords. They take your rent and bul Review from Google
Dec 2018: CVI has a great community of residents. It offers a shuttle for transportation and a bistro cafe for food. The staff is attentive to any concerns you may have, but in order for them to be aware you must address them. Review from Google
Dec 2018: IN DEPTH REVIEW BELOW THIS ONE: For a summary. The pool is never clean, the food is mediocre at best with servings sizes too small for a growing adult, the staff arent trained well, the late night bistro for kids that get back too late for dinner is overpriced, and they bump prices every 6 months for EVERYONE even long term residents. To top it off the change due dates for fees at their leisure to get you to pay a late fee at least once, and the only buildings and areas they keep clean are the main ones that are shown during tours everywhere else is filthy and raccoons show up every night. LONG REVIEW BELOW: The staff is very nice, but sometimes not all that helpful. The game room is very fun and the late night bistro has good food, but it should have to be paid for it's too expensive, and when students have late night classes and cant get Review from Google

Nov 2018: Recently toured this apartment complex for 2019 leasing. Highly considering since everything is included for one price. For under $1000 unlimited utilities, food, shuttle, etc good deal compared to other places only expense is laundry which is $1.75 per wash/dry but overall great value. Thank you Lisa for the tour. Review from Google
Oct 2018: The food is good. Thankfully they give us breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cable and internet is great, internet is fast and the cable is just what I need. The rooms are good enough and kinda gives off a college feel. Overall I think it’s great and fun. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Great place to live when you are a student. There is a meal plan included in your rent so you end up saving a lot on food in the long run, and they always have a lot of options. Very close to UCF campus and the shuttles are very convenient to save money and time parking on campus yourself. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Pros Utilities and internet included. The internet is fast. Food 3 times a day included. House keeping once a month if scheduled. Shuttle to Full Sail and UCF. It was cheap when I came, but I heard the price went up. Cons Restaurant times are horrible on weekends. Many rude people among the staff. Not everyone. Many incompetent people among the staff. Not everyone. Reported issues are not taken care of or take too long to be addressed. The place is unclean. The restaurant is dirty. Silverware and plates are dirty. It is very difficult to keep a healthy diet or close to healthy. Most people leaving here are young, noisy and quite a few don't clean up after themselves. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Cvi is a wonderful experience meeting new people is great. The food there is amazing. Also the people are great. Review from Google
Aug 2018: This is my first review that i am submitting. I accompanied my son just joined CVI a couple weeks ago. Registration was very pretty hectic on the day we arrived. There were many many people waiting to be attended to. The staff, especially Donna was swamped but they remained very calm, supportive and helpful. I commend Donna Ferguson for a great job even staying late that night to get things done. The cleaner ( a young lady, cant recall the name) was brilliant also and tried her best to find a room that we were comfortable with. They need a few more like Donna and her. I gave them 5 stars. It is also true that there were a few complaints about somethings not working, etc. but overall the facilities are OK and the food is good. I give it 3 stars. I know that it is a bit early to say but I would recommend as one of the better place for all inclus Review from Google
Aug 2018: CVI is a pretty cool place to live. Utilities and food are all included with the rent price, so you don't need a meal plan at your school. The food at the bistro is good, especially stuff they make on the grill. There's a pool, which is great. The people here are friendly for the most part, if you're looking for new friends you can usually find a group of people to talk to and hang out with. And last but not least Donna, who works in the office, has always been very kind, caring, and helpful to me during my move in process and with anything I've needed since. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Donna Ferguson- Asst. Manager at CVI Leasing Team is absolutely a rock star. She has helped me with everything...moving in, food and even helping me fix things in the room. The place is good and staff is just excellent. CVI rocks!! Review from Google
Aug 2018: CVI is a great place to live the environment is nice and the people are a lot of fun. Our bistro is the number one advantage of living here its great food and i enjoy it much. If you want a great environment CVI is the place to go. Review from Google
Aug 2018: It’s looks very nice. I have my own space, and also has a shuttle to fullsail, Which is something I needed. They also try to help me with all my needs Review from Google
Jun 2018: I give Collegiate Village Inn thumbs up! The management and staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The rooms are clean and the food is excellent. I like that all the bills are included even WiFi and cable. I highly recommend CVI. Donna, the manager is very professional and is so friendly !! Review from Google
Jun 2018: The staff is very nice, but sometimes not all that helpful. The game room is very fun and the late night bistro has good food, but it should have to be paid for it's too expensive, and when students have late night classes and cant get normal food having to pay is a huge turn off. The facility near the main building is well maintained but the far back building is not at all. The rooms are small, and it's hard to get in touch with staff. It'd be a nice place if everything wasnt so expensive, and the facilities were more well kept. Key cards do not work well for the rooms as they demagnetize often. I enjoy the public events held and the shuttle service is nice, just needs more frequent hours of transport. All in all CVI is an okay place that could be a lot better if they'd lower prices for rooms, maintain buildings and facilities better, not cha Review from Google
May 2018: Simple and close to campus. The breakfast is amazing in the bistro. A fun loving staff! The game room is legit and cool to hangout as well Review from Google
May 2018: This neighborhood is amazing the most important thing that let me feel comfortable is the administration office or the clubhouse they are very helpful and they are caring a lot to make you satisfy that any request to repair stuff in your apartment they are taking care of your request and never ignore that and they call back to make sure everything was all right so I have a peace of mind in this place and also it is safe and the location is very vital by the U C F
May 2018: I am sure I will live in this location more than one year
May 2018: This will be my third year living at cvi and I really love it. I especially like the cvi bucks because you don't even have to spend your own money. I am sad that Emilie is leaving though. She is always so nice and always helps me. I hope she comes back to visit us here. Its a great place to live and make friends. Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is always well kept and the area always feels like its safe and secure. I personally enjoy living here and reccomend it to anyone! The receptionist is also gorgeous, pretty hair, and very nice! ;) Review from Google
