Hi! My name is Beatrice Philippe and I&#;m trying to relet my lease at College Station for the upcoming academic year. College Station is located extremely close to 💛 UCF&#;s Main Campus in Orlando, Florida. It&#;s a five minute drive away from the Main Campus and, even if you do have a car, a 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle🚌 bus comes every minutes or so to pick up and drop off students throughout the day.
The lease I&#;m trying to relet is for a four bedroom, four bathroom apartment. It is an all 👩 girls apartment and I don&#;t believe at the moment that any of the 👩 girls have 🐕 pets nor do they smoke even though the apartment is completely pet-friendly (bring your cat and/or dog!).
The bedroom comes fully furnished with a desk, a bed frame and mattress, and two stackable dressers. You can also decorate your bedroom by painting the walls and hanging tapestries or pictures around as long as the hole in the wall is no larger than a dime.The bedrooms also have their own private bathrooms and 🚶 walk-in closets.
The apartment is 1, square feet so it is pretty spacious.The apartment itself is fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen also comes with a disposal, pantry closet, ☢ microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, the apartment has its own private balcony. The rental rate also includes cable📺 tv, internet, 🌊 water, sewer and trash, and 💡electricity.
