Rent is $ and includes all utilities (💡electricity w/$ cap, 🌊 water, and cable/wifi). Rooms are spacious and large and come already furnished (full size bed, dresser, and desk). Comes with a 🚍 shuttle that runs to and from 💛 UCF that comes about every minutes (🚍 bus stop is right by your building, so you&#;ll never miss the bus).
