Jul 2020: Do not move into CODA. They lure you in with all their promises and how much they care, but they don’t care. I’ve had a maintenance request for electrical problems since day one and it’s never been fixed. They have no concern for your well being, or safety. They don’t fix things that are important to you to use that break, they tell you “Just don’t use it!” They send you pictures of your trash and threaten to fine you because the plastic string built into the bag didn’t completely cover all the garbage and that’s your fault. I mean they have all this time to photograph the garbage, but can’t repair the problems in a new building, because new buildings still have problems. And the elevator is a pain, my son got stuck in it, scared him to death, and they never work right, it wouldn’t go down again today! We pay for these amenities in our rent.
Oct 2019: I've been here about a month and it has been great so far. The dog park just opened and is massive compared to my old complex. The dog spa is great and the Amazon package locker is very useful. The pool is rarely dirty but they clean it every day and the maintenance staff has been on top of any issues thus far. Staff has been honest and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is also very nice. Appliances are all top notch and brand new. & they actually have decent shower heads. (very rare). They have had some pretty cool events too. Review from Google
Oct 2019: I live here and honestly its a great place, its chill & quiet really. Took some time to move in cause of construction and weather but it was worth the wait! Kim help us out on everything we ask and needed and overall terrific job! Staff are great but the best thing is the 24/7 Gym and pool! Review from Google
Sep 2019: Greatest customer service, had us in our apartment within two hours. No complications, and maintenance is always willing to help, leasing office always responds quickly and effectively. Also location is GREAT, Walmart, shopping centers, movie theaters within 10 minutes. would recommend to everyone! Review from Google
Sep 2019: Awesome community, brand new apartments reasonably priced. We were approved and moved in in under an hour. Friendly staff and very well taken care of facilities. Highly highly recommend! Review from Google
Sep 2019: This place is amazing. They have a beautiful building and the layouts for the apartments are so nice and roomie for the price. Great bang for buck and the amenities on top of that are amazing. They’ve been very friendly with our pups too. They got us into our apartment within hours! The best thing about this place though, is the staff! They will go above and beyond to help and they are so friendly. We are super happy with our decision to live here. Review from Google
Jul 2019: This complex is gorgeous, new construction so yes, there were many hiccups. My move in date was suppose to occur on June 8th, there was a delay in county permits.. my date got shifted to June 14th, once again another delay. This next date was June 25th (with a promise backed) and again, ANOTHER delay. The final delay would have left me homeless. Their recovery was $500 credit?! after asking if I could be placed in a 2x2 temporarily due to not having a place to live for crying out loud, They said I would have to pay for an entire lease term at the 2x2 rate. Horrible customer service!! They truly will see you as just a number, don’t let their little community events fool you!! I ended up having to find a place to live 4 days before I had to be out of my current home, talk about stressful! I hope others have a better experience maybe 2 years from now when the ball doesn’t get dropped after promises get made to residents. Review from Google

Jun 2019: Update: They got back to me and are working to resolve my situation. They aren't ready for anyone. I was signed up and ready to move in for 6/25/2019 (their website had an earlier date actually, but they told me the website was wrong). The place wasn't ready due to a delay in county testing for police and fire first response, probably because of the new electronic security locks. I was told the apartment wouldn't be ready until 7/6, and it was suggested that I should try to negotiate for a discount from my rent to cover my living costs (I just moved here and have been living out of an extended stay). They initially offered $500 but this doesn't even cover my extended stay, let alone gas money. So I asked for them to cover my business day round trip gas usage from my extended stay to CODA and to foot the bill for the extended stay (seems reasonable, right?). They inform me that my requests were rejected via email the afternoon of the 24th Review from Google
