The ladies in the office are extremely attentive, super sweet and friendly. They really make you feel like family. I never have any issues. Maintenance is top of the line, the guys are all very helpful. I recommend Chapel Trace Apartments to everyone!!!!! 5 star worthy!!!!!!! Review from Google
Sep 2019: I lived at Chapel Trace for about 5 yrs. With an beautiful view of the pond. My mom also lived at this complex. The biggest mistake I made was to move out. But I must say the staff was amazing, helpful, caring. I'd love to move back but it's been at 100% capacity for a while now. I HAVE COMPLAINED IN THE PAST AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PROMISED CALL BACK. I HAVE SENT COMPLAINTS ON THE NEIGHBORS AND THEIR SMOKING DRUGS THAT COME INSIDE MY UNIT , MY CHILD HAS SEVERE ALLERGIES AND ACUTE ASTHMA (WHICH I HAVE TOLD THEM) SO THE SMELL AND THE SMOKE IRRITATE HER PROFOUNDLY, AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, IVE REQUESTED (2YEARS INA ROW) THE "FREE" CARPET CLEANING AND NEVER GOTTEN IT, FOLLOWED UP A FEW TIMES BUT GREW TIRED OF REMINDING THEM , I HAVE REQUESTED MAINTENANCE THAT HASNT BEEN COMPLETED PROPERLY OR TOOK ALONG TIME TO BE COMPLETED, WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN MY STOVE DIDNT WORK SO I COULDNT USE IT FOR 6 MONTHS, MY DISHWASHER STILL DOESNT WORK PROPERLY BUT THEY NEVER REPLACED JUST SENT A GUY TO FLIP IT ON AND OFF AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THE ISSUE HE CLAIMED TO NOT UNDERSTAND MY ENGLISH, -____- . Dec 2018: I lived here for a very long time but I sadly moved out into a house. These apartments are very beautiful and have a lot of space I lived in a 1 bed/ 1 bath and later on moved into a 2 bed/2 bath and I find it very big. Apr 2017: Yes!!! I have just qualified to be placed on Chapel Trace's Waiting List for a 1 BR/1BA apartment. I visited the office to inquire, where I met with Yari, who greeted me warmly and provided me with the info I needed. The complex is so immaculate and so close to all of the shopping/medical offices I need! I've been living for the past 25 years at a complex just down the street from Chapel Trace, but when my rent increased by over $300/mo. in just 2 years, I had to make plans to move. My Social Security Disability could no longer support it. I am truly excited to be moving to Chapel Trace Apartments and I pray the wait length is short - month to month leases are expensive.
