I have a room for rent which is three minutes away from 💛 UCF, the 🚌 shuttles run to and from the school. It is student housing and there is three other 👩 girls, no pets currently, it is a 4x3 floor plan. Utilities is all included in the rent, fully furnished inside with a washer and dryer accessible. Wifi is included as well as cable. Very quiet area.
