Needing to move out ASAP to go home and take care of family. I am looking to sublease this out as quick as I can. This is an all 👩 female living and not mixed living.
There is washer and dryer in the unit and the place is 🐕 pet friendly.
The room is in good shape, and you are very very close to the 💛 UCF campus. There are 🚌 shuttles that run all day and this place is great if you need to be close to school. It has saved me many ⌚times when I&#;ve gotten up a little later.
There are three other room mates, all great and the place is kept up.
There is a shared bath and one mini small bath that can be taken over once you move in.
Please let me know ASAP I need to be out of here and I cannot keep this rent and have to go home.
