Utilities include 🌊 water,💡electricity, WiFi, and cable. 💛 UCF is less than 5 minutes and have 2 🚍 shuttles available for transportation if you don’t have a vehicle, don’t feel like driving, or trying to save ⛽gas in your vehicle. The apartment complex features a basketball court, sand volleyball, 2 swimming 🏊 pools, and a gym. They also have activities throughout the week, such as, grocery bingo, taco Tuesday, and waffle Wednesday to name a few. Lastly, the apartment complex is 🌉 gated and have security guards at the entrance/exit.
