The place is extremely convenient if you&#;re a 💛 UCF student. There are 🚌 shuttles that come inside the apartment and take you to campus. not to mention the apartment is in the very beginning of the complex (right in front of the main office practically) There is a walgreens right infront of the complex as well. The price for the apartment is currently a month, but since i have renewed i only pay a month. The roomates mind their own business. All 💛 UCF students who work and go to school full ⌚time, so you won&#;t have to worry about any issues with roomates. Please do not waste my ⌚time. I am graduating this semester which is why i&#;m trying to leave the apartment. Only contact me if you&#;re certain you want to move in by December 1st. I can make an exception until January 1st to move in, but as i mentioned i will be graduating this semester, so it&#;s a first contact first served from my part.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
