My rate is significantly discounted because I signed early last fall. I’ve lived here for over a year and this place has served me well. The 🚌 shuttles are super convenient and come frequently. I’ve had good experiences with the staff and maintenance as well. Everyone is nice and willing to help. I believe this place is the cheapest apartment complex with a 🚌 shuttle.
The earliest move-in date would be October th. First month’s rent would be for the month of November and due the 1st. The lease would be until July st, .
