I just got approved and signed a lease with Campus Crossings, but due to unforeseen family circumstances, I will not be needing to live near campus this upcoming school year therefore I need to sublease my room.
Campus crossings is a safe, nicely laid out, and close to campus community that provides many amenities which will give you a memorable school year.
It is an unfurnished upstairs room with a PRIVATE bathroom. The bathroom is inside of your bedroom so no one else will have access to the bathroom. Because of my family circumstances, my family and I are willing to give you a signing bonus of $ cash to go toward anything you would like. PLEASE help me out!
