Hey ya&#;ll my name is Courtney and I live at campus crossing. I&#;m currently trying to sublease my apartment for the summer. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are a lot of perks to living here, and subleasing it from me now!!

-It is student housing for both 💛 UCF and Valencia.
-I have the only bedroom with an attached bathroom.
-It is a 3-minute drive to 💛 UCF and a -minute drive to Valencia.
-It has a washer and dryer.
-The 💛 UCF🚌 bus picks up here.
-There are no pets here currently (but you can have one for a certain fee)
-My room is covered by a huge tree so it&#;s always shaded and it never gets hot in my room.
-The utilities are included, unless if you go way over your usage.
-There are 2 nice 🏊 pools that are 🚶 walking distance.
So there 2 fees you have to pay:
-$ application fee
-$ Admin Fee
(THIS IS not A SCAM) I saw a lot of people, scam people this way. But if you want to go into the front office for clarity, they will happily help you understand the fees and everything.:))
