Daily 💛 UCF🚍 shuttles and corner stop for Lynx 🚍 bus to Valencia. Directly behind the better 🏊 pool & the volleyball court. House is pet-friendly, roommates don&#;t mind smoking or 🍺drinking, all 👩 female, and freshman. Plenty of parking, a locked-in cheaper rent until the end of July likely with the ability to sign early on for a continued reduced price. Washer and dryer are a newer unit, & work well. The bathroom has a connecting door to your room, closet space is surprisingly nice. Same floor plan as the unit you tour when you apply, and it&#;s easy to get through the screening. Nice central area on Alafaya with plenty of 🍕 food, bars, and things to do. Right by 💛 UCF&#;s main campus, a fifteen minute 🚶 walk away. Ground floor room, and the only one on the floor - all others are on the 2nd floor. New carpeting, very 🎇clean. no current 🐕 pets, no damage, and quiet area of the complex as it&#;s right behind the office.
Only leaving because I am moving away from student housing and have the opportunity to go early! Amazon hub out front, friendly office staff, extremely speedy and friendly maintenance, all utilitiesincluded: quality cable and fast internet, even for gaming purposes! Security at the front 🌉 gate at all ⌚times as well. Honestly, the price is a steal; I got it due to a technical issue and it&#;s the 🏆best in the area from my research. Looking to be out of here in a month, maybe even less!
