I am subleasing my apartment at Campus Crossings on Alafaya. It is minutes from Valencia East and is a minute drive to 💛 UCF, you can 🚶 walk there too. The 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle comes everyday for students, the lynx 🚌 bus also stops by to pick up valencia students. The rent is $ a month, utilities uncluded, a washer and dryer are included as well. It is unfurnished, but I am leaving behind a Full size bed with both mattresses and the frame along with a wooden drawer, if you are interested. You or your co-signer must have a credit score of $ or better and make 3x the rent in income. The security deposit is $ but it is refunded back to you when you move out.
