Hi, Loading...

Aug 2017: DO NOT live here. It’s a normal college housing complex, but a lot of fraudulent activity going on. I moved out earlier than I was supposed to so I accepted my fate and paid 1,000 dollars so that it would not be sent to collections. A YEAR LATER I get another email from the complex saying I owe 1700 dollars, 1000 being dated the SAME FEE I had already paid. I quickly went to search for my move out statement with my Check ID’s on there. I am going to call tomorrow to see what’s going on. I don’t trust them though. Review from 8/4/17 on Google
Aug 2017: Disgusting place. don't live there unless you are absolutely desperate for a place. Review from Google
Jun 2017: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here over a year ago and had to move out early because NO ONE told me there was a murder and extremely high crime rate inside the complex (along with a long list of other issues I won't get into). I informed management that I was leaving because of my safety and they agreed to let me and never informed me that they put it on my credit! I am now almost homeless because no one will rent to me because of these people saying I owe money. I never received notices or anything and they told me that it would be taken care of when I moved out. They scam you to the end of time. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: Maintenance never fixes the problems. Apartment was dirty when i first moved . Oven isnt calibrated correctly. Appliances were not new . Pest control doesnt do anything, asked to have stuff fixed for a month now . Dont move here , its just cheap . The model they show you looks nothing like the apartment you move into. The appliances will not be new. Review from 5/27/17 on Google
May 2017: I LOVE where I live!!! The staff is always helpful with all my questions. They are friendly even when they have a line out the door so busy and getting everyone's packages not like the last place I lived at, they were grumpy people. They hold events like grocery bingo and give out free food. That's a huge help for someone like me in college. If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend here! Review from 5/20/17 on Google
Mar 2017: If i could give it 0 stars I would! WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! May be the cheapest and all that but the cheapness show really well. Places are dirty when first moving in. They dont take their own rules seriously at all. They say they will do something then not do it. They all tend to lie to their customers and are never on the same page with each other employees. If u have something that broken it takes them three weeks pulse more reports for them to do anything about it. I recommend to go somewhere else cause this place is a joke and shouldn't even be open. Review from 3/17/17 on Google
Mar 2017: WARNING TO ALL: This apartment complex preys on innocent students who have no clue about renting from fraudulent staffers that work in the management office. The price may look good to get you in there but trust me they will make you pay for it when you move out. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE KEEP ALL DOCUMENTATION FROM MOVE-IN TO MOVE-OUT. Take pictures of the condition of the entire unit at move in. Document every little scratch or scuff in the apartment that was there when you moved in because if you don't, they will charge you for it at move out. Make them give you a copy of the condition form once you turn it in. If you have any maintenance request, please make sure you get a copy of the work that was done. Review from 3/9/17 on Google
Dec 2016: The management is beyond horrible. They place you with disgusting roommates and tell you to deal with it. I have 3 roommates. 2 of them have their boyfriends also living here. I told management about it 5 times and nothing has been done. They received one notice to stop and that's it. I've had this roommate try to kick down my door infront of the staff and they look the other way. The one roommate took her feces and put it all over the bathroom. Again, management does nothing. They do not let you cancel your lease for any reason. They will charge you $200 and every month they don't have someone in your place. Please do not come to this area. I'm moving anyway and contacting a lawyer. Review from 12/16/16 on Google

Dec 2016: Living here is okay. I would not recommend living here. You don't get what you pay for. The buildings are dirty when you first move in. People throw huge parties in front of your apartment ALL night and security does nothing about it. The front office does NOTHING when you have a complaint. My roommate smoked weed daily, was loud (talking loud, slamming doors at 2am) but when I went to tell the office about it, they said there was nothing they could do. I lived in a non-smoking apartment, but my roommates smoked inside everyday. But nothing was done about it. The complex charges you and doesn't tell you until you go to pay your rent and they don't accept it because you own $40 extra dollars for God knows what. In my opinion, save your time and lease somewhere else. Review from 12/8/16 on Google
Dec 2016: DO NOT LIVE HERE FIRST OF ALL, THEY DELETED THEIR OLD GMAIL AND MADE A NEW ONE JUST TO HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES GIVE 5 stars SECOND OF ALL, IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON. NEARLY 3 NEARBY GUN SHOOTINGS, ROBBERIES, HIT AND RUNS, DOMESTIC ABUSE, ALL WITHIN A SEMESTER OF LIVING THERE DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDREN IN THESE PEOPLE'S CARE, THE RISK OF YOUR CHILD'S LIFE IS not worth AROUND $50 PER MONTH LESS THAN ANY OTHER NEARBY APARTMENTS Review from 12/3/16 on Google
Sep 2016: Erin the property manager said if I was a victim of crime then I should move somwhere else. She also said I belonged in a nursing home. I'm disabled. When I didn't leave, they made up lies and went to court. They will reap what they have sown. Maintenance and security are AWESOME! But management is EVIL. I anxiously await the day God brings me justice. I ended up briefly homeless and lost most of my belongings as a result of what happened. Once I caught them trying to steal a government issued cellphone I got in the mail. Review from Google
Aug 2016: This is my second year at Campus Crossings. I suggest knowing who you are going to live with before moving in because the people who live there can be a little sketchy. Maintenance responds quickly to make repairs. I like the layout of the apartments and the furniture that they provide for the furnished apartments is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kaylea. Review from Google
Aug 2016: This would honestly be getting 0 stars if possible. Maintenance had to come out three times to fix a leak in our ceiling and the "solution" twice was painting over it. Almost everything has to be "fixed" twice because they don't get it right the first time around. My room wasn't even clean when I moved in and the broken things I listed were never attended to. I signed multiple sublease forms in the office WITH an employee and paid the $200 fee months ago and was just called (seven minutes before they closed for the day) to be told that none of that is on file and as of now I am still responsible for the lease. I've called six times in the past two days- not one call has been answered. Every time I leave a message with the answering service, it is never returned. The staff apart from three people have no idea what is going on and my mail was mi Review from Google
Jul 2016: don't I moved in when the rent was in the low 400's and even though it was pretty ghetto it wasn't that bad I thought. Now? No way. Here are just some of the wonderful things that have happened to me living here. 1. My first few months here there was a Previous tenant just living in the living room. He was actually squatting, both me and another roommate went to the office about this. Both times THEY KNEW HIM BY NAME and said they would take care of it. He stayed for months, and after he left police came by twice looking for him. 2. It takes almost a day after you package arrives for the front office to allow you to pick it up. As well as some packages such as Textbooks and computers parts I ordered never reached me. 3. The SHOOTING in front of my building was great. 4. Everyone knows this place, this is where half of them buy their drugs. 5. Review from Google
May 2016: I lived here for two years (2014-2016). I don't mind living here. My roommates were cool people. We had some problems, but nothing we couldn't handle as adults. No real neighbor issues, just typical college kids during college kids activities (if you catch my drift haha). If you mind your business, no one really bothers you. Management are great, as long as you love your roommates and pay your rent on time. SN: I'm a male who lived with all males. This is just my experience. Some girls I knew had problems with their roommates being messy and untidy. (My way of countering this, is to treat the house like I lived by myself. If you're waiting for your roommates to always clean up, chances are they're waiting on you to do the same. Your house will always stay messy with that logic) Review from 5/14/16 on Google
May 2016: These so called apartments are APPALING. HIDE YOUR KIDS!! DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE. THEY WILL GET SICK FROM MOLD. They don't even deserve a star. This is just an intro i will be back in august to tell ayo the real info. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Review from 5/4/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Honestly if I could I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. First of all, it's disgusting. My boyfriend lives here and the few times I've been I've always had problems. One, the bathroom grew black mold because the faucet was leaking (which they never fixed) and we called maintenance and all they did was paint over it, because of this I got sick for about 3 weeks. Second, I brought my cat over for ONE DAY and my boyfriend gets a fine of 450$ saying that if he doesn't register the cat that he will be fined again... And there was nothing he could do about it even though we told them mulitiple times that the cat was literally there for an hour. THIRD, this is student living!!!!! My boyfriend has a roommate that's 50 something that doesn't even go to school, and his other roommate is a drug dealer that doesn't even go to school either. Review from 4/10/16 on Google
Dec 2015: This may seem like a surprise but I have checked out most of the student housing in the UCF area and I have have to say this place has the best prices and nicest staff I have ever seen in a long time! Campus crossings has as far as amenities and space, this place stacks up. University place minimum is 900 for the same space. So yeah this place gets my approval big time. Check it out Campus Crossings (be nice to the staff they save you money when you don't even expect it.) Review from 12/6/15 on Google
Nov 2015: This is the worst place to live. The units are disgusting, the A/C never works, the safety of this neighborhood is awful, and they scam you. They make you believe all units are updated and look just like the model which is completely UNTRUE! They do not allow you to break the lease even if you do not feel safe or they threaten to come after you. If you wish to have someone take over your lease you have to pay multiple fees which comes out to be more than your rent and you are also responsible for the new tenant if they do not pay rent on time. The roommate matching is a disaster and they do not even attempt to put you in a unit with decent people that you can get along with. Shootings, robbery, and danger all over the development. Review from 11/28/15 on Google
Nov 2015: This is the worst place ever to move in, the office is just runned by little kids wanting money, cheating you off with these fake fines. Roommate smokes weed, went to the office complained and told me "deal with it". Called cop on roommates, Cop says they have a past criminal record of these guys. I cant believe the office would let them in... I was so pissed. But now same roommate points a gun at me, . I go to the office again telling them, and they wanna try and talk it out with them... BEWARE DO NOT LIVE HERE, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Review from 11/4/15 on Google
Aug 2015: I'm just a new coming resident, but I am satisfied with the measures they are taking to improve their reputation - 24/7 security, patrol officer at night, surveillance cams are also to be installed. I brought my own roommates there, and they are totally cool with that. Awesome deal on signing. Some staff members at lease office are still not much of help, but it doesn't apply to Tiffany. She is awesome! If you have any issues, just talk to her, and she will 100% take care of it! My 5 stars is her personal ranking ;) Review from Google
Jul 2015: The only good thing about this place is the low price. But I would rather stay at another apartment even under a higher rate. The employees in the leasing office is only friendly to you when they ask you to renew the lease. Otherwise, they are unhelpful, low-efficiency and untrustworthy at all. Here are some examples: 1. when I signed the lease with them online (since I was still at my own country at that moment), someone promised me that I can both waive the first month rate and use a 15% off coupon. But when I arrived at their office, they only allowed me to have either benefits. I tried to argue with them, but they denied that they promised me and rufused to answer my questions by just repeating their so called rules. Review from 7/2/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: Campus crossing is doing a very amazing job. Campus crossings has been my home over the past year and it has been an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere affordable and safe to live. Review from 6/29/2015 on Apartment Ratings
May 2015: Other than fact I haven't had wifi for like a month and a half. Every other problem gets solved quickly. Luckily I did the roommate pairing program so I haven't had problems with roommates. Review from 5/5/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2014: For all those planning to move into this apartment complex, realize, if you do not have the right kind of tv, you will not be able to have cable. You can't get any channels without the new hd flatscreen television, there is no other source of visual entertainment, like satellite... the buildings are made out of brick and they'll never give you permission anyway. Also, when you move out, whatever damages your roommates made, if you renew your lease, will be charged to you because you still live there. Review from 8/10/2014 on Google
