Oct 2019: I just wanted to check in and say I have absolutely loved living here at Camden. I moved here at the end of July, and have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Ranging from the front office staff to the maintenance staff, everyone has been great! Thank you for everything you all do to make Camden a safe and enjoyable place to live! -Tyler Review from Google
Oct 2019: Just recently moved in here and everyone has been fantastic! We moved from out of state and Lisa and Janelsa both were quick to respond with emails and calls when we had questions. The apartment is just what we were looking for and we couldn’t ask for a better layout! The parking seems like it could potentially be an issue but it’s Florida, you can walk a little! I will say if you have Verizon, expect your signal to be low inside your home!! A booster is definitely a good idea. Review from Google
Oct 2019: I am very impressed with the condition of the community and the entire staff. Everyone, office and maintenance, is friendly and very effective at their job. I love the dog parks and I find my neighbors to be friendly and respectful of others. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for all you do! I am transferring to another Camden Property that is closed to my daughter and my Employer. But I will highly recommend this property, from Management Lisa, the Maintenance crew Jose the Supervisor with his CREW and the Leasing Agents from Nicole to all the STAFF. My Experience dealing with them was AMAZING no words to describe how good they are; always able to help! and do whatever it takes to resolve any issues. Thank you I will miss you all. LOVE YOU! Jul 2019: I lived in this apartment for a year and it was so much fun. It was my first home after moving to the United States. The apartment was always clean, well maintained and safe. I have to leave because I have to move to another area, but if I come back, I want to live here again. Review from Google
Jul 2019: My wife lived here while I was away and she was not happy here. Every time I visited there was no parking. People were parking on curbs and behind people on weekends. The only way you can guarantee a spot is if you pay for it. The internet that is included in the overpriced rent is slow, hard to do any serious work on. The dog park is poorly maintained. The small dog park is too small and is full of nasty mulch and feces everywhere. Our dog got out multiple times from the gate not being secured. The managers were also always threatening to charge us extra fees for every little thing plus hidden fees in the contract. The pool used to be nice but we went recently and it was infested with bugs. -Caleb Review from Google
Jul 2019: The managers harassed me about my ESA’s every day, threatened to charge me extra fees for every little thing (such as putting a box in the valet trash bin), and charged me moving out fees saying it was in the fine print on the contract. Management acts super sweet when you go in the office but they are dishonest and money hungry. I did not feel comfortable here and am happy to be moving out. I would not recommend anyone living here. Also, the gate has had a lot of issues lately so there have been a lot of car break ins. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Been here for about 3 months and I absolutely love it! Everyone from Adm to maintenance are super kind and helpful. By the way maintenance employees are amazing and super quick! I forgot the name of the last one that helped with an issue I had with the fridge but he was super helpful and explained what the issue was and fixed it. Beautiful and well kept surroundings too. Finding parking can be somewhat of an issue but at least I’ve had nothing but good experiences thus far considering it’s my first time leasing an apartment ever. Highly recommend living here! Jun 2019: We just left after living here for three years to be closer to work, but loved making Camden Waterford Lakes our first home together. The leasing and maintenance teams are wonderful. The pool was clean and had a great space for cooking out and lounging. Our Coastal floor plan had a nice island and lots of storage space. We’ll definitely miss Waterford Lakes, but are staying in the Camden family in Thornton Park knowing the level of service that’s offered. Highly recommend these apartments if you work in the area or go to UCF! Review from Google
May 2019: Initially I thought this was a great place to live however I have been here just under 3 months and I am already realizing this place is all about the money by any means necessary. Upon move in, like all apartments, you must transfer the electric account to your name. I own a rental property in another town which has the same energy company so this essentially should have been a simple task as an existing customer. Not so much. I made the request online and received confirmation that it would be fulfilled. I paid the fees associated with a new connection, online the same day as my request and waited. A month later I get a call from Camden apartment office stating they were charged for my energy account and I will need to pay the fees. Confused I advised I would look into. I was out of town for work therefore about a week went by. After speaking to the energy company I was told that there was nothing they can do, they process requests in the order they are received and they have no control over how quickly that happens Review from Google

Apr 2019: I have lived in camden for 4 years consecutive. I always pay rent on time. I was surprised that when moving out they tried to find anything to charge me on. I told them im going to return the key and the manager said no need to return the key, but then i was surprised with key being charged! Also, removing bidet, stain on carpet which in lease it had to be changed every lease signing but they dont do it. Also, after that my deposit was deducted 300+ for the oven top! It is working in great condition. I was told that i dont have to return my key, but they will try to suck every penny from you. the manager told me she’ll give me the fee’s back because she forgot and charged me. Guess what? She didnt send me anything! She lied! 2 star is what they deserve for this. Review from Google

Mar 2019: Just moved in but so far, so good! There was minor wear and tear in the apartment when we moved in but nothing serious. Any issues we had that affected functionality of appliances were immediately resolved. Maintenance appears to be great here. I like that this place offers a technology package but I do wish they included more than one cable box in the base price, as well as HD channels like my old apartment complex did. Overall, the community seems nice though and it's quiet minus some noise from the street outside the apartment complex. The location is great too; it's close to so many stores and restaurants. Feb 2019: Good customer service, pretty comunity but, they are getting used to people breaking into residents vehicles. Somebody broke into my suv last night, stole money from the inside, and left a mess inside the car and the door open, i dont think is coincidence that this happened after the gate been broken for the past few days. the only answer i got was, contact you rental insurance, showing no type of empathy or caring a little bit, just like if they were used to this kind of things. this place is becoming a joke.
Nov 2018: The Camden at Waterford lakes is a wonderful place. Easily the best apartment community within the UCF area. The community is well kept and very clean. All issues that we had were handled promptly. The leasing team is phenomenal. I’ve lived in 4 apartments during my college and post college time and Kensley was the best leasing manager I’ve ever dealt with. He always did his best to accommodate any problems that arose. He definitely deserves a promotion and any location that has him as a property manager will be lucky. If you’re considering moving to Camden, just do it. You won’t regret it. Review from Google
Jun 2018: lived here for two years and absolutely loved it, wish i didnt have to move back down to miami, friendly staff, spacious rooms, convenience all around, loved this place! Review from Google
Jun 2018: Lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it! All of the workers were always helpful and kind! When I signed the lease I signed it with Nicole (office manager) and I was about to live alone for the first time in my life and was more than nervous. Nicole ended up being someone I could call for anything and she always went out of her way to make living there perfect! (THANK YOU NICOLE)! I have made lifelong friends that I met at the dog park or just got lucky enough to live next to! This apartment is great for everyone and in such a great place (close to campus, waterford, east colonial, etc.)! THNAK YOU CAMDEN for making the last 4 years great! Review from Google
Apr 2018: I used to live at Camden Waterford Lakes in 2014 back when they first opened and really enjoyed it. I moved out when work took me towards downtown where I moved into Camden's downtown property. At both locations the service was excellent and always addressed any concerns or work orders quickly. Even when there was an issue with the internet provider, they worked with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Now I'm back towards UCF and I chose to move back to Camden Waterford Lakes. Camden does change you some move out fees depending on the condition of your apartment. I was never charged anything that wasn't explicitly stated in my lease that I signed at moved in. The units did have glass stove tops when I lived there so keeping them clean is a little more work but nothing crazy. The location is extremely convenient since your close to the Review from Google
Mar 2018: I lived in Camden Waterford Lakes and I loved the experience. The whole apartment has great quality and the staff team is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Be aware of mold and crazy move-out charges. Would definitely not recommend moving here. Informed staff many times about the mold and they would barely bleach it, only for it to come back again. It was in every single drain in the apartment. Much like the review below, I also was charged $330 for the stovetop. Also be aware that if you have a pet you will pay a $400 "fee" at move-in and then an additional $20 a month, but none of that will cover any damages made by the pet (ex. Chewed blinds or stained carpet). They also charge an insane amount of money for the rent (raising the prices almost $80 every year) and then as if that isn't bad enough, they'll slap you with a huge bill at the end of it all. Feb 2018: I lived at Camden for a little over two years. Parking in the evening was a little rough. If you wanted to park near your apartment, you would have to be home by 7. My roommates and I moved out recently within the last few weeks. Be careful of additional charges towards your move out day. We all we required to pay a cleaning fee of about $300 prior to the move date. My roommates and I then were billed an additional $330 for a stovetop. Pictures were sent after the charge however the complex stated they already had replaced the stove before we could come and attempt to clean it. Review from Google
