Mar 2020: I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. UNLESS you want the following:
100 cockroaches as your roommates during the day, double that number at night
A janky washer and dryer that ruins, stains, and rips your clothes (and of course the office couldn't care less about compensating these items)
Broken equipment all the time (fridge leaked the entire lease, all 4 stove top burners don't even work)
Take out your own trash
constant construction ie: pool being closed, being woken up, loud construction
The biggest issue in my opinion is the roaches. This place is disgusting. Not to mention your clothes will get ruined if you use their machines. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! This place is so janky.

May 2019: Worst experience ever! Helped my ex apply for this apartment because I wanted my daughter to have a nice place closer to me because we have 50/50 custody. He was denied for no reason other than supposedly he has a 500 a month car payment even though qualifications were to make 2 times the rent and he made 2 1/2. Applied in late March was declined 2 days later and now in mid May and still haven't received back the $200 "holding fee". One of the ladies had told my ex check was sent out on April 29 and we should receive it in 2 weeks or sooner since he lives maybe 2 miles from the apartments. Called back and then they say at least 30 days. Straight BS. Beware of this place they're application fee is $75 and I believe they just deny people to collect that fee. Every time you go in the office they're under staffed with a line full of people waiting. Read the other review about A/C and other maintenance issues taking long period of time Review from Google
Apr 2019: I found my visit and experience great making this a great place. I for sure will tell others to shop there and I know I'm returning. Conveniently close to buy and great apartments. It was a great experience there. Plenty of parking in the parking lot and handicap spots. There's wheelchair access. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

Feb 2019: I have lived in this community for over 7 years. It's a wonderful place to call home. Great location, clean apartments on the inside and out. I don't understand the bad reviews. I have never had a problem living here. Maybe if people maintained their place, and followed the lease rules, they wouldn't have any issues. I see the maintenance staff working very hard to maintain a clean environment and the office is very responsive to addressing issues. Jan 2019: Inconsiderate leasing and maintenance staff. Lived here 11 mos and every time they say they will do a maintenance check or even my SCHEDULED move out inspection they don’t show up!! Dec 2018: My friend and I went to inquire about being future renters, and the lady at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have ever met. We walked in and she just stared at us without saying a word. I had to say hi to her and her response was “Hi, we’re closed.†There was no sign on the door indicating they were closed and it was a Thursday afternoon. My friend told her we didn’t see a sign, she argued with us about it and then we left.

I made 3 complaints and every time the guy said ill comeback tomorrow to fix it after he messed with the waterline that feeds to the pan which was cracked-- i guess i have to draw a map and pretend there is treasure down there so he would be motivated because he never ONCE CHECK THE DRAIN PAN. In the pictures below there is a glass on the laminate which is the water. They continued to single my children out (minority is Hispanic) and accuse them of damaging things. No damages were ever present. They chose to terminate lease on unreasonable causes and like people are to read their leases and comply everytime the Mariam Moubssete or staff see something (or so they say and Concord accepts word of mouth since they are staff). This is discrimination and children should be able to play with other children without being harassed and accused of anything from just being different. If your playing with many children (as my child always did) if one family get a noncompliance letter every family should as well.

Dec 2017: The office was only open three days a week 10-5, so if you work a full time you're basically never going to get to speak with them. Sometimes they rush through you or can be rude: they pick and choose who to be nicer to. It also depends on who you get. Maintenance requests often took weeks. Our AC constantly broke so it was always hot and never really got fixed. If you want somewhere family friendly this is a good place, there's lots of kids and I think someone (or the complex) does after school care. It can get loud after school and kids walk through the streets a lot. It's a huge complex. Large Spanish speaking community, including staff, which is nice. They offered me a 2 bedroom apartment for $929/month but then management decided to determine based on my paystubs that I exceeds the max. I made barely 33 or 34k a year but they said I earn $42900/year. Seriously? I never earned more than 34k in my life, let alone 42k. So the decided to offer me the same apartment for $1240/month. I hate giving bad reviews but I had to put this one out there. Sorry Brooke Commons you need better employees. I ll move back in if and only if XXXX and that other Spanish lady are no longer work there.
