Apr 2018: Living at Avisa Lakes I've come to realize what good service is. The staff is amazing, quick to respond, and most importantly genuinely concerned for my needs here. The community is quiet and very clean. I love living here! Review from Google
Apr 2018: Nice apartments and great staff --- Only while you live there: I'm sour, and feel very taken advantage of, I paid Chicasaw crossing Apartments (Avisa Lakes) for a year, never late! When the gate wasn't working didn't trip, when the workout room was locked during time it was supposed to be open I didn't trip. When I follow the protocols on ending my lease leaving a forwarding address, asking if I owed anything when I left I got no, you'll all set and if they are, we'll send you a bill. Well I kept getting a call for IQ data their collections company saying that I had a bill of $65 dollars, 28 for unpaid rent (my lease was over on the 8/3 and I moved out by the 1st or I'd have to pay for the month entire month of August, and the rest was from a water bill. My water bill never was never over 45 dollars they charged estimated water bill charge on Review from Google
Mar 2018: This place is a scam!! I moved out March 2, 2018 and turned in the keys March 8, 2018. The apartment rugs could have been steam cleaned back to perfect. They charged me $560.00+ to "replace carpets" in an 850 sq. ft apartment that I hardly was ever in!!!! They upcharge everything after you move out to keep your deposit!! Neighbors warned me as they moved out but I doubted it. and now I see for myself. smfh. The apartment across from mine was so infested with roaches the young couple had to move out days after moving in. This place is horrible. The dog trash cans are never emptied leaving the grounds smelling horrible. the gates are always broken. And maintenance never responds in a timely manner to request. My bathtub stood flooded for almost three weeks before they came to fix it. Look for a good place to call home...THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WAN Review from Google
Nov 2017: Been here for only one year but it was hard to pass up renewing my lease and I will be staying for at least another year. The community is quiet and the apartments are affordable. I love the location, if you don’t mind tolls you are 25 minutes max (excluding heavy traffic) from prime Orlando destinations and just 10 minutes from downtown! The bonus: the new front office is incredibly friendly and have helped with numerous issues ignored from previous management. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I have lived here for over two years now, I moved in when it was still Chickasaw Crossing. Ever since the new management took over and it changed to Avisa Lakes things have greatly improved. They have really put in a lot of effort into improving the area. For example they have installed a new larger gym and deck area on the lake. The apartments themselves are nice and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Review from Google
Nov 2017: This is an older community! The online images presented look nothing like the apartments being rented. I was looking for a new place to call home. I opted for online process, paid the fees and deposit. Was contacted next day and advised I was accepted. With the amount of money they are charging I was expecting the upgraded apartment I requested to actually be upgraded. They kept the original cabinets and painted over them, not professionally. I found a roach in the dishwasher when I opened it, roach traps around the kitchen, splash guard for the upgraded apartment was not installed and told it was on back order, however they were charging an additional 33.00 per month for the upgraded apartment. I decided to decline the lease, out 60.00 to check out another apartment in the area. Please note while most apartments are upgrading and crea Review from Google
Nov 2017: I've lived here for years and gone though many management companies and property managers. This is by far the overall friendliest front office. I needed many changes to my apartment including new kitchen/bathroom floors, door handle changes and painting. All were accommodated and I was offered even more changes. They are pleasant, honest and flexible to work with. The property manager does not just stay in her office and not interact with residents. In the short time, that ownership has changed, there's been a brand new upgraded fitness center with more to work, places for residents to bbq, community events, an upcoming gaming room and more. I highly recommend coming here! Review from Google
Nov 2017: Have been living here for over 5 years and love it. It’s a wonderful quiet place. I think the updates around the complex are great. New gym update is awesome. Food truck days are great. The apartment updates that I have seen are awesome. Maintenance crew is awesome. Review from Google

Jun 2017: I have been living here for 5 years, they raised up the price once the new owners came. I used to pay $700 for two bedrooms and now it's almost $1,000 a month. The employees in the office are rude and also give attitude for no reason. Whenever I have an issue with the apartment I have to call several times for maintenance to come and fix the issue. Otherwise the place isn't horrible but it could be better. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: I've lived here for about six months and I can honestly say that I'm surprised because a lot of the reviews posted as increasingly negative. A lot of people complained that the new management was bad, and that the old management was much better, but I have honestly enjoyed my time living here. I moved into a 1/1 with my fiance and at first we scrutinized the fact that a few of the things in our apartment were outdated. For sure the bathroom was, but I insisted that we look past what I consider small details. The neighborhood is very quiet and is full of people who generally keep to themselves. The few I have interacted with have been pleasant. Review from 5/26/17 on Google
May 2016: Been here 3 happy years love my concealed apt complex. Grounds are always upkept staff are always friendly. Rent used to be affordable but not anymore. Review from 5/10/16 on Google
