Jun 2019: By far the best place EVER! Lived there for two years and it was nothing but amazing! Other than an upstairs neighbor who thought he was a "rockstar" and kept me up multiple nights, its a quiet and relaxing neighborhood! Ladies at the front office are amazing and always ensure each resident is doing well. Maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders, although I rarely needed them, but when I did, they always took care of my problems within 24 hours. I wish I didn't have to leave this wonderful community! Thank you Adele Place for two amazing years! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Orlando! Jun 2019: I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 8 MONTHS AND THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE BVEST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED AT. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS SO VERY NICE, IT IS VERY QUIET, SUPER RELAXING. I COULD NOT SEE MYSELF LIVING ANYWHERE ELSE. Review from Google

May 2019: Be ready to see smiles first day of lease and feel disappointed after few months. You need help with maintenance? Wait 1-2 weeks before someone will try to help you. Pet friendly? Watch your steps, there is tons of dog poop outside. New residents looks like young drug dealers. You can smell weed basically every day. Trash compactor always full of garbage inside/outside. Apartments are decent, but some neighbors are like from ghetto. Cant wait till my lease end. Review from Google

May 2019: I moved here and lived in this apartment for 8 months (which was a transfer from a 1 bedroom to a bigger apartment so altogether it was a 12 month lease). I just moved out about a week ago but the maintenance “manager” took it upon himself to decide that the whole apartment needed to be painted (for NO ABSOLUTE REASON) and that it would cost them almost $200 to paint an apartment that isn’t even 1,000 sqft big. Mind you, I lived in a different apartment complex for 2 years before I moved to this place, that apartment was quite bigger and when I returned it to the owner, she did NOT have to paint a single thing and reimbursed my ENTIRE deposit. The complex manager was able to get in touch and get this cleared out, which I appreciated. However, I do believe that living at Adele while paying $1,400+ water and sewer there is definitely room for improvement. As far as the apartment I did have a situation where there was mold growing in the master bedroom window and the wall and there seemed to be quite a bit of humidity in one of the closets, where I did have to open the closet doors and take my shoes out of the closet Review from Google

Apr 2019: pay $1400 a month for an apartment that's not even 1000 square feet...with the promise of great amenities (a pool that is always full of bugs and dirt, and one time actual poop on the ledge...a run down tennis court, a "crossfit" gym in a room with absolutely no air conditioning, a "yoga" studio which is just a room with mirrors, and a dog park that has holes 2 feet deep and 3 feet wide that maintenance just ignores) ...along with trash and cigarette butts everywhere you look, with fire ant beds in all of the open grassy areas, and an office that tells you you cant store your bike on your own patio....but only offers bike racks with rotting, molded bikes locked to the rack (lived here for 2 years, and the bikes are still there)....not worth the money or time Review from Google

Jan 2019: My kittens accidentally got out yesterday afternoon and I would’ve never been able to find them without the help of Adele Place. The ladies in the front office were as kind as can be. They notified their maintenance team and sent an email to all the residents with a picture of my kittens attached letting everyone know to please be on the look out. I’m in shock by how kind everyone in this community truly is. 11 random neighbors along with myself and some friends conducted a search party for my little kittens from 3-8:30 until we finally found them. This whole experience has made me love my home just that much more. Thank you so much Adele place and all of its residents for helping me get my little babies back home. Review from Google
Jan 2019: We can’t say thank you enough to Rose & Madison for all your help in our move. You made the transition easy and enjoyable. Always getting back to us, answering all our questions, always making us feel like everything was going to work out & always in a kind manor. You’ve made us feel comfortable from day one, we knew this was the place. It’s absolutely beautiful here! We love it! Thank you again! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Moved into Adele Place for around 2 months now. Everything is quite great here and the girl at the front desk is extremely helpful! Especially Bianca! She helped me to settle down fast and she is extremely warm and responsive! Neighborhood is also nice and quiet! definitely recommend Adele Place for anyone who's looking for an apartment! Dec 2018: Recently moved to Orlando from the Northeast and I have nothing but excellent things to say about Adele Place. The grounds are very well kept, complex has as many amenities that anyone could ask for. Perfect for anyone who owns a dog, plenty of areas to walk around, with a dog park on site. The staff is by far the best I've ever encountered. They are willing to help with any request and go above and beyond for their residents. They made the transition of relocating seamless. I can't say enough about how great they are at their jobs. would recommend this location for anyone looking for an apartment complex in the Orlando area. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Moved all the way from MI to FL in September. Bianca from the sales office guided and advised me throughout my move. Right from providing video tours of all the different apartment offerings to accepting packages for me while I was still on the road. Overall, it is a very calm and peaceful place to live and provides ample relaxation away from the bustling city while still being close to all major shopping and recreational establishments. May 2018: I’ve lived here at Adele place for almost 2 years now and I’ve loved every minute. All of the ladies in the office are THE BEST. Any problem I’ve ever had (which have been few) they automatically handle it. They honestly get to know their residents and treat them so great! All of the amenities are perfect(the pool is by far the best). They are always making upgrades to better the living here as well. This place is all around amazing and worth every penny! Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is great initially, but over time they've switched leasing agents and with each new person, the more annoying the office becomes. Upon moving I told them I had an indoor/outdoor cat and was assured this wouldn't be a problem. I'm from a farm, so my pets are used to going outside to enjoy the sun for a few hours every other day or so. I've lived here almost two years and as the end of my lease comes closer, the more I'm called and knit-picked about things that I've been doing since I moved in. For example, my micro-chipped and collared cats are suddenly a problem because they lounge in the grass around my building, however there are almost 20 strays (no exaggeration) that live on the complex that are so regular the residents have names for them! I don't mind the strays at all, I'm just stating this for comparison. ALSO bikes a Review from Google
Apr 2018: I’ve been here a month and so far The girls at the leasing office are so sweet and helpful. Maintenance comes fast when u need them and the complex is very quiet. the perfect family setting, with swimming pool and gym, kids park and tennis court. Very clean and the neighbors are friendly. Review from Google
Feb 2018: This is my first 'real' apartment experience and I'm genuinely really happy here! The girls in the office are all super lovely and helpful even when I need to come and bug them to print something (: And they're always putting on cute little events or treat days. The apartments themselves are cozy and I rarely ever see any kinds of insects in the building (which is a major relief for me). Not to mention, maintenance is SUPER quick and efficient. I've been here for a few months now and I really can't complain! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I’ve had constant issues with this apartment complex. I’ve had to put in several work orders since I moved here in August. My shower wouldn’t even turn off two days in a row. I just got my washing machine fixed by maintenance about 2 weeks ago and it isn’t starting once again. I am very fed up with this place. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but as far as the apartment itself goes, everything is cheaply made. It may look good on paper, but in reality I’m paying way too much for this place. My washing machine has been out since Thursday and now it won’t get fixed until Monday. Why do I have to contemplate going to a laundromat when I should have a fully functional washer/dryer in my own home? I’m so disappointed by this place. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I had to move down to Orlando in a hurry and had to choose an apartment without seeing it, and Adele Place made my choice and transition so easy! They are great at answering phones and emails and are all super nice. They took my brother on a tour in my place so someone could get a feel of the complex for me, and they sent me video tours of all the floor plans to help me choose. I have loved living here and I am very happy with my choice. My apartment is great and I feel right at home. The apartments are clean and well maintained, with just the right balance of modern and simple design. I love having my own washer and dryer, and ceiling fans in every room. If there is ever a problem, the front office is always willing to help, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I love how pet friendly Adele Place is. I see all types of dogs and Review from Google
Dec 2017: I am a newer resident at Adele Place, and so far my experience has been great. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, which is something you don't see too often around here. The apartments are very spacious, beautiful, modern, and located in a safe area. Very dog friendly with dog parks as well! I highly recommend this complex. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I really enjoyed my time here the office lady's are really nice and the time i have had here has been amazing. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Fantastic apartments with very personable staff. The landscaping detail offers a quiet retreat in a vibrant part of Orlando. The renovations are beautiful, and the pool is my personal point of relaxation. Review from Google
Jun 2017: I just moved in to my one bedroom yesterday and I am very happy with my decision! The office staff is absolutely fantastic! Very professional and outgoing. They quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns about the area as I am new to the neighborhood. The apartment itself is flawless and very well lit with natural light and a beautiful view of a grassy area. The property's landscaping is very impressive. I would recommend this property to anyone! Review from Google
Apr 2017: I live and work here at Adele place, and my experience has been extremely pleasant. I have lived all over orlando, in roughly about 10 different apartment communities. There are always positives and negatives with any community you live at. However, the good definitely outweighs the bad at Adele place. I started working here prior to moving in, and I actually broke my lease at my previous complex to move in here. Not just for the convenience factor, but also for the fact that I knew I could depend on our maintenance staff to fix issues if I had any. Review from 4/10/17 on Google
