I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Holly. Move-in would be for mid December but you wouldn’t have to pay rent until January!! Lease is up August . Rent is ./month - includes everything but 💡electricity. There are two other 👩 girls living in the unit. They are super nice and my good friends from home. The apartment is always quiet and you’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and closet! Also very close to campus!! Message me for any other info.
