Sep 2017: I love being here, and the staff at the front desk is super nice and helpful. I just wish the dog park was better taken care of and the second floor (especially on the west side) smelled a little nicer. Other than that though, definitely the best location and way better than any of the dorms. Review from Google
Aug 2017: Moved my daughter in over last weekend. This place is a mess. Everything is so dirty. The stairwells and hallways smell horrible. The dog park is a mud pit in the North Courtyard and so dirty with dog waste. They did a real sales job on my daughter and her roommate. They did not get the unit they requested and they are at the furthest point from the garage and elevators. Look elsewhere and beware. Apr 2017: Where to start..
Almost every door on the property is broken so anyone can freely roam the property at any hour. Not to count the 15+ vehicle break ins. Feral cats have taken over the garage so if you enjoy cat piss and cats walking all over your vehicle this is your place. Hallways and stairwells are disgusting, not to mention late night pool goers 12am+. None of the security cameras on the property work maybe expect the new one they installed by the entrance. Most lights in the garage are out as well. 1 of the 2 elevators by the entrance work if you're lucky and they usually smell like stale urine. They keep the bottom floor looking nice to appeal to new renters, but I challenge you to actually walk around the property.

Review from 3/14/16 on GoogleFeb 2016: This place is an absolute nightmare to live. The entire staff is extremely rude and care nothing about the well being of their tenants. My hot water and garbage disposal have been out for 2 months now and I have contacted them on 4 occasions. They have sent people to look at it and it still has yet to be fixed. In addition to that, there is always problems with the complex itself that never get taken care of and if they do it takes at least 2 weeks to a month to fix the simplest things such as elevators, door locks that lead into the building, etc.

The staff was super friendly and very informative. After the tour i decided to walk around the property and i thought it the up keep was good- no trash on the grounds and it actually has GRASS lol im thinking of signing a lease soon !
Review from 3/23/14 on GoogleMar 2014: don't live here, here's why: The internet used to be sudden link: wired and wireless, no problems. Now it's from a company called elauwit: wireless only, internet speed is capped and can't handle the basics. Netflix either stutters or is stuck in low quality, it "boots" me off or just stops working every 5-10min - I haven't been able to finish a full online game (like a BF3 match). If you feel like living like a normal person in 2014 and want actual internet, avoid this place. Another wonderful problem are dogs (I can only speak for the north "quad") I program at home some days, other days I would like to relax when I get back from my other job, hard to do that recently. There are usually 1-2 dogs barking non-stop in the north quad. 1 does it in the mornings, another takes over in the evenings.
