Hello I am looking to sublease my apartment to someone from the month of May till August. The month of May (rent is already paid), and the remaining rent would need to cover June-July. The apartment is in 🚶 walking distance of campus, HEB and the square. The utilities comes with 🌊 water and 💡electricity, it comes with a washerdryer unit as well. In addition, I have some dish ware and other home appliances that you can for free. I do not have any roommates currently. I will be leaving May th to return back to my home state in California, so I have no plans to come back to Texas.
