Nov 2017: Toured 14 different apartments with this one being last on the stop. Hands down one of the best complexes I had seen. The rooms are very spacious, good price point, extremely friendly staff, maintenance is great. The only downside is how high the water bill is. Review from Google

Oct 2017: Since I've moved into the Villagio, I've loved it. The only complaint I have is with work orders. It does take some time to get them completed, but considering there are only 3 men to complete every work order for the entire apartment, they do a great job finishing it when they can. Jun 2017: I been living here for 4 years, the only reason I am moving out is because I am outgrowing this place.
The Good: 6 mins away from campus. 2 Mins away from the highway. Pet friendly. Best Apartment gym I've ever seen. Monthly community events. Very lenient on what you do with your unit(just don't be stupid). Maintenance can be fast. High ceiling. Big Living room, patio, and rooms. Individual bathrooms. Free Parking(no permit required). Big open field on the back exit where dogs can run around. Management is not all up on your business.
The Bad: Maintenance can take a long time to get stuff done, but that is normal in any apartment complex.

Jun 2017: I have had nothing but problems since the day I moved in. Do not live here! on move in day they did not even give me the right keys to my place and there was mold in my bathroom. It has all been downhill from there. Do not live here, the management and maintenance team could care less about fixing issues and will refuse to compensate you for the damages their maintenance team causes in your apartment. I personally give 0 of 5 stars.

May 2017: I've been with the Villagio for nearly 2 years now. It's had it's ups and downs with so many changes in management and contractors coming in and out for renovations. But with their latest team it's finally stable and their staff and management team are great. I made some mistakes and was nearly evicted. I went to court and didn't have any way out so immediately after talked to XXXX their Book Keeper and a payment plan was made so that I could stay. I would like to say that it's been great living here.

May 2017: If I could give this place 6 stars I most definitely would. I recently signed my lease and couldn't be more ecstatic! The staff here is incredibly sweet, not to mention their management is honestly the best management I came across while searching for my new home. They were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and made me feel welcomed instantly. The new renovations from the clubhouse to the rooms are AMAZING.

May 2017: They just did renovations in my apartment and I love them. Maintenance is always fast and front office is always helpful. I had not renewed my lease because it was a rough start but after all the renovations I love it! I did renew my lease no other complex compares Thank you villagio!

Apr 2017: During my first year of living at Villagio, it was a great experience and everything went great. However, after resigning last summer and getting an offer to get our apartments renovated, we ran into several problems in July. They promised my two roommates and I the model unit of the apartment complex to use while they did our renovations, telling us it would only take three days. On our last night in the unit, they informed us that they had promised it to other residents and told us we had to move back into our apartment that day.

Mar 2017: The upgrades at the property are awesome! My favorite part of the clubhouse is the new gym and the movie theater! Maintenance is always on top of the work orders I put in and is always lending a helping hand! I also really like the resident events that the management holds because they always give prizes, food and my roommates love to go! I love the Villagio!

The clubhouse computer rooms, Starbucks machine and movie theater are my absolute favorite amenities. Dec 2016: Absolute CRAP. doesn't even deserve a star. Even with the renovations! There's a dead rat in the pool, the hot tub looks like a swamp. I can't wait to move out, this place is not worth the money. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

From the day I moved in, my experience with this place went downhill, fast. I originally signed for a 2 bedroom with the attached bath. But when I moved in, I got assigned the 2 bedroom with the unattached bathroom in the shared living space. But I'll credit the office with moving me promptly to a 3 bedroom with the largest bed/attached bath/walk-in closet combo and it was cheaper, BUT the unit was uninhabitable upon moving in, due to renovations, (no sinks could be used because there were no faucets for 2- 3 days, I didn't realize that this was grounds for getting out of my lease with no penalty) and then they put me with 2 girls who were related, they had very different priorities from me.

Sep 2016: Things were great until a couple months ago.
The management won't send timely warnings for anything (a notification that they were going to be pressure washing.. two days after they had already destroyed my patio, notices they were entering units the day of instead of 24 hours before.)
It took months to get my mail key (i finally got it after going to the office three times in a week asking for it) and even then they hold the mail in the office for days before putting it in the boxes.
The office staff is generally unhelpful, does not care and can't even keep packages organized - I had one returned to the sender even though the other half of the order had come with no issues.

Management wont help you when things are broken inside your apartment, expect to wait 3 weeks or more. And if your roommate does something stupid get ready to take half the blame for it even if you had nothing at all to do with the stupidity of the situation, pick your roommate wisely. Would not recommend rooming with a random person. Pool area is never clean, always beer cans and pizza boxes everywhere because the only trashcan in that area is always full of crap. On the areas in the apartment where carpet meets tile there are nails at each end of the carpet border underneath that stick out and hurt a lot when stepped on. Got a room with a bullet hole in the window and every time (3 times) a maintenance person looks at it they seem to avoid it.

Nov 2015: I absolutely hate living here. I had problems with my roommates from the very beginning and just tried being nice about it, and then when the problems escalated the management were quick to take the sides of the other roommates and say that we had been "bullying" them. One roommate even got to move out because she complained so much. The roommate that is still here recently got a dog and it peed all over the living room and my personal rug, and she leaves it on the patio all day where it uses the bathroom all over it and she does not clean it up.

Aug 2015: I have lived here 3 years now, while attending college. The office staff have been replaced entirely 4 times since I have lived here. The office staff have no idea what they are doing, they lose important paperwork, and they also fail to keep you updated as a paying resident. The office staff has no sympathy for its residents, and will get as much money from you as possible. Incompetent, useless apartment staff.

Jun 2015: No. don't live here. Yeah, it's "decent" but the list of things that make living here a pain in the ass can be endless (in the sensical figure of speech; the list is that long). I am so happy my lease is almost up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they are content with tedious annoyances, certain difficulties with management and false advertisement. At least this place doesn't have rats or insect infestation like other apartments in this town, yet.
