It has 📺 tv, washer and dryer unit ready and beautiful view of San Marcos on the 6th floor of the apartment! It is 🚶 walking distance to Texas State and Pie society! The community is great, they have giveaways every week and events throughout the month! The gym is great to relieve stress, along with an infinity 🏊 pool , study rooms and computer room with free printing and white boards to work on. Free coffee in the community lounge and 📺 tvs in the lounge to watch netflix whenever you want. I have a internship for the summer and I will be traveling out of state . I will give $ cash for taking over the lease!
