Looking for someone to take over rent for June, July and part of August. Utilities and 💡electricity will be covered for all three months. Move in date is May th or later and move out date is August rd at the latest. May is already paid for. Amenities of complex include: two 🏊 pools, two gyms, volleyball/basketball court, and 🌉 gated dog park. My apartment is a 2 bed 2.5 bath. It’s a duplex setup with two bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living room, guest bathroom and washer & dryer downstairs. The apartment is completely furnished. The bedroom furniture includes a desk, dresser with mirror, nightstand and full sized mattress with frame and headboard. My room is a good size and also has a 🚶 walk-in closet. There’s also parking right outside the back door which is super convenient. My roommate will be there over the summer. She’s super nice and hardly ever home so you basically have the place to yourself!
