The current leaser plans to transfer next semester(spring ) so 1 room in the unit will be available. Prefer for new leaser to move in over Christmas break. There are 3 bedrooms, all of which are occupied by 👩 female students at txstate. They are 🎇neat and friendly and respects your space. The bedroom has a nice big 🚶 walk-in closet, private bathroom, a bed, desk , 1 small dresser, and 1 large dresser. The apartment also comes with living room furniture and updated appliances. The apartment is also big and spacious and gives off a homey vibe. The villages are nothing but nice and great for students with two big dog parks, 2 beautiful 🏊 pools and club houses, a volleyball and basketball court, computer room, 🎥 movie room, fitness center, studio, and helpful staff. They are the first to get on the txstate 🚌 bus and the first to get off.
