Hello, I am needing someone to take over my lease at The Retreat for the Fall semester. The Retreat is very beautiful and has a full size gym, a 🚌 bus to take you to and from campus, an animated golf area, nice study rooms, the biggest 🏊 pool in San Marcos and so much more. I was planning on staying here until a family emergency came up and i am now needing to go home for the Fall semester. It is a 5 bed, 5 bath courtyard style townhome. I am only needing one room filled to take my spot but there are rooms for additional people open if you have other people in mind that you would like to live with you. I am willing to give $ to whoever takes this lease from me.
