This was the 🏆best place I have lived at while studying at Texas State. I am listing this for sublease due to the fact that I have recently graduated and have gotten a job in Austin.
The roommates are very chill. A group of diverse gamers/car ❤️lovers, and all very respectful.
Utilities run about $ per month for each resident. The Retreat pays for cable, internet, and trash disposal, residents pay for 💡electric and water.
