Sep 2018: Great apartments for the price and with a 24 hour gym it couldn’t be better. Service was great I had Kayley Roberson showing me around, she was extremely helpful during the whole process. 10/10 would recommend Review from Google
Sep 2018: Awesome place to be for the price. Kayley R was very professional and courteous when I visited! Very student friendly with tons of amenities. They have a 24hr gym on site!! 10/10 would recommend, talk to Kayley when you visit. She was great! Review from Google
Jun 2018: If you don’t want a stressful college experience DO NOT LEASE HERE! PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD LEASE HERE! My full experience has been very BAD. My toilet overflowed my entire bathroom and my bathroom ceiling fell through from a leak. Took them way too long to fix. September 16, 2016 via Facebook Review : I have never been so set on making a negative review on anything ! These apartments are the cheapest student apartments here but they are also the crappiest ! Section 8 housing is better than this as section 8 has inspections and well hired maintenance who are timely and care ! (Social Work Major/ Intern at a housing authority) First of all, months before I even moved into the apartment I was told that I did not have a deposit and then they popped out of nowhere saying I had a 769 dollar deposit and they gave me what they called a court Review from Google
Jun 2018: The Edge is terrible, NEVER STAY HERE, seriously there WiFi is iffy, there maintenance takes days if not weeks to fix the most basic things and they act like they care when you have a problem but never fix it! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Oh and when I moved in it was disgusting. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I would never advise anyone to sign at this apartment complex. When I first moved in our apartment was a complete wreck. The living room couch had fabric tears all over it, the window blinds were also torn up and parts of it were missing. The carpet in my room was covered in animal hair that my mom spent hours vacuuming. The carpet also reeked of urine and I was constantly finding flea bites all over me. After telling them about the smell and the bites they sent someone out to my apartment to look at the carpet. They said there were no fleas and the smell wasn’t that bad, therefore they were only going to wash the carpet. The urine smell didn’t go away and I was sill getting bitten in my room. I had headaches from the urine smell night and day. I put in several more work orders and called the office to complain multiple times and they deci Review from Google
May 2018: Never thought i'd write a review but this place is insane. Nothing that ruined my life but still pretty bad. Buildings are old which is okay but their staff is something else. Do not live here Review from Google
Apr 2018: The staff are always nice. They answer whatever questions I have and give out a lot of free food. You get what you pay for, so if your high maintenance the edge may not be the move. Review from Google
Mar 2018: If they don't like what you write they haven't taken down live there for 6 months and their staff could not even a comply with the American Disabilities Act meaning disabled parking spaces must be marked with a sign when somebody runs over the sign you supposed to put it back up but I don't know how many times my ride came to drop me off and the maintenance department head Park their vehicle in the handicap parking space g it didn't have a disabled placard on it and I am pretty sure their maintenance department Maybe mentally disabled but they're not blind but when it takes 6 months for their maintenance man to finally start digging a hole to put the same back up and 30 days later it's still not fixed where's the problem I say it's poor management they make so much money that the vice president ticket to your vacation from the office to write Review from Google

Feb 2018: This was our first experience with a non university owned apartment complex. There are pros and cons Pros: this complex seems to be more affordable than many we checked with. We had no problem with the layout. Maintenance was very responsive and the people in the office were very kind. We had no problems with the facilities. Cons: our difficulty was with the accounting/billing dept. I’ll include a couple of examples. One time I was away in an area without reception ( which my job and travel requires of me from time to time) and when I returned and paid the bill it was late and I was hit with significant penalties. That was annoying but it is true that I was late. I called to see how this could be avoided in the future ( like paying in advance) and I was given no options. The payment window is very narrow and no you can’t pay Review from Google
Nov 2017: Do. Not. Sign. Here. I moved in 3 months ago to a trashed apartment that obviously has not been inspected or cleaned by them in years (found some food cans in my pantry that expired 3 years ago!). Previous tenants left a lot of trash here and we had to clean it all up (we were told a cleaning crew would come but after a week no one showed so we had to trash everything that did not belong to us and clean the apartment ourselves) . Bugs in the pantry, ants in every room. Every appliance has something wrong with it, washer leaks, dryer is loud as hell (like metal scraping), fridge was dirty upon move in and the door handle is missing. They did however replace our stove because the oven was unusable as smoke would come out of it whenever it was used... so I guess they get 1 star for that. Review from Google
Oct 2017: (10-21-17) STILL DIDNT RECIEVE A CABLE BOX (9-25-17) I think its funny how I uploaded several pics and they took it down. Still a crappy apartment. Gave me a broken gate key and never told me that I had to fill out a form to have things put in my mailbox.. I hate it here (9-7-17) STILL HATE THESE APARTMENTS I have to suffer a year here DO NOT STAY AT THESE APARTMENTS!!! These apartment don't even deserve one star. Here's why: 1. Before I moved in, on my lease I stated that I could NOT stay with ANY pets due to health purposes. When I contacted my roommate she said that she had a pet that is "very well trained" and does not cause any problems. First of all why would I be placed in a unit with a pet when I SPECIFICALLY SAID IN MY LEASE I CANNOT STAY WITH ANY ANIMAL. When I contacted the office about many of the staff questioned me multiple Review from Google
Sep 2017: When we originally visited The Edge in July, we were told our apartment would be upgraded, and we viewed an upgraded model. After signing the lease, we did receive an email later in July with some mention of what would be replaced (including the couch). My roommates and I moved in on Aug. 18. The attached photos were our apartment on arrival and currently. Our apartment was very dirty upon arrival, including the old tenet's used toothpaste on the cabinet below my sink, dust and dirt unit wide, etc. We were told two and a half weeks ago that the couch, which reeks of cat pee and is covered with holes, would be replaced soon. Almost all of our cabinets are damaged either by water, the covering is peeling, or are crooked. The trim near the door is damaged (and was reported by the maintenance as fixed). The washer leaks all over the floor (and i Review from Google
Aug 2017: This is my first lease with the edge and I am already unsatisfied. I have only been here for three nights and upon moving in, my room was not cleaned, my couch was damaged, there was a leak in the hose of my washer, one of the bathrooms in our unit was visibly clogged, our kitchen drawer was detached and left on the kitchen counter. There were burn spots on the kitchen counters from previous residents, a hole cut out in my closet, the bathroom vent in my bathroom was gone, both bathtubs had very visible stains and what resembled mold spots on the shower tiles, and to top off all of this, maintenance informs me AFTER move in, that my unit needed several renovations and they would have to be done within the next four days. my water was cut off for hours without notice and the only informative emails i receive are pertaining to renters insurance. Review from Google
Apr 2017: Live here you never know when the staff going to call you into the office and say here a gift card for to buy lunch or here one to help out with your medical experience and yes that did for me but I have never Sean a office let you bring your pet in to the office to get a treat the staff care just as much about pet as they do for you. Mar 2017: I spoke to, and observed XXXX as he completed the work order placed this morning around 6:30 for a water leak in the at tub. We contacted him before he was even dressed and ready for work, yet he still was understanding, patient, and got the work done quickly. Even after I accidentally broke the water shut-off valve outside, he managed to get everything done and was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective all at the same time! XXXX deserves a raise. XXXX is a great leader and deserves recognition. He is an asset to the maintenance crew there at the edge. Even with all of the problems we have had, it's always nice to be met with friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the maintenance team. Review from 3/16/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Great for students who need a good bus route and only want to pay around $500 for rent/electric/cable/internet. We have 2 buses on the route and are the second stop so the average wait time is around 5 minutes, and the bus is never full. 24 hr gym that gets the job done, pool, hot tub, and a staff that is willing to do a lot for you. The apartments aren't the cleanest or biggest but this place is a great value. Review from 12/24/16 on Google
Dec 2016: I've lived here for a semester and I'm very disappointed because since me and my friend's were one of the first to sign we were told we would get everything we requested for which was a renovated apartment and a random with no pets. We move in and our random had a huge dog, this random roommate had been living here for a semester and the apartment was not renovated at all and she had the apartment super dirty, I did not expect my first apartment to be like this. When we tried getting moved to another apartment in the apartment complex the management said they couldn't do anything about it and had no responsibility over the situation because the old management had match us up wrong. Nov 2016: As far as student living goes, these apartments are wonderful. You get a lot of privacy and amenities without paying too much for it. My favorite things are the fact that it is on the bus loop, the staff are respectful and timely, and the units are comfortable. My only issues have been the walk to a dumpster for a different building and having to put in multiple work orders. I figured that would all be figured out before I got here but I understand that they have been do some construction (which looks 100 times better). When I do submit the order they are quick to respond and help me out. Overall, its a great first apartment. Review from 11/13/16 on Google
May 2016: My daughter has been there almost two years. Maintenance request are so or go undone. Change in management was suppose to make it better but hasn't. My daughters room has flooded three times now and they have done little to help her out. Maintenance just gave her a fan and told her that would be good enough. Now she gets sick and the room smells like mold. Management still in no hurry to solve the issue. She goes to a friends to stay and she is fine. comes back to her place and gets sick again. Review from 5/28/16 on Google
May 2016: My air conditioner has gone out 5 times now, fist time was when I fist move in and that took two days to fix in the middle of the summer! and now it's out again and it's about 80 degrees in my apartment. Review from 5/10/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Management is not up to par, moved into a dirty apartment. Many things were promised to get fixed and never happened. Motorcycle got stolen and the "cameras" saw nothing. The complex was no help especially since they left the gates wide open. Neighbors cars broken into. No sense of security here, you won't feel safe. Part of their negligence leaving the gates open from time to time it cost me. Contractors stole ~500$ in goods while renovating our apt. Review from 3/18/16 on Google
Aug 2015: The place was ok, not really worth how much I paid, but it was ok. Now, what I did not like was the staff with the exception of Byron. Out of all of them, he was the most helpful one. Always very friendly and tried everything he could to help me out. He even assisted me with transferring units. For the rest of the staff, I can't say the same. One, because when I paid the remaining months I was told that my rent was much lower than I thought it was. Review from 8/27/15 on Google
Aug 2015: The edge does not even deserve one star. I have various pictures of black mold that management is completely in denial that it is mold. We made the mistake of re-signing after our first year, only because we had no time to look for something else. We asked if we could be moved buildings since the mold was a huge issue in building 5. As someone who was resigning I expected to at least have my wish granted of having them move us to a different building. Review from 8/23/15 on Google
Aug 2015: Resigned early in November after being told there would not be any new signing bonuses and that everyone's rent would be going up. I left the office content, thinking I had gotten the best deal possible and that the staff truly valued my business. Every month leading up to May, the signing bonus got bigger and the rent went lower. I had gone in on several occasions throughout the spring to ask if I could get this fixed since I was lied to.
