Rent is $ plus utilities, which is usually between $ a month depending on usage rates. ( We use simple bills and the City Of San Marcos)
This is a great lease to sign for the spring semester if you&#;re a little late finding housing here in San Marcos. Based on my apartment hunting experience in San Marcos, this was the nicest AND cheapest place I found.
Room is very spacious and fully furnished. This includes a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and lamp. The town home is 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bath. Room comes with private bathroom. In addition to the spacious room, the common areas, the kitchen and living room are also large! There is a good size patio. I have ❤️loved living at The Ave these last 2 years. They have a HUGE swimming 🏊 pool, a hot tub, and one of the largest gyms in San Marcos. The complex is only about 7 minutes from campus, the 🚌 bus also picks up here if you don&#;t want to drive to campus!
There are 4 other roommates. 4 bedrooms are upstairs (including mine) and 1 is downstairs. All are very friendly , but mainly keep to themselves with their busy schedules.
