I&#;m looking for someone to take over a lease for a room in a 3BR/2BA set to start on the th of February. I was pro-rated for cheap rent thanks to a solid credit score and income level, and this rate IS TRANSFERABLE!
I have made alternate plans for living and cannot fulfill this lease, and when I tried to cancel, the MGMT told me to find someone to take this over.
