I am looking to sublet the loft bedroom in my two bed, two bath condo. Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher included. Covered parking and assigned spaces. Large patio overlooking campus. It is 🚶 walking distance from campus, the square and little HEB. There will be one 👩 femaleroommate, who will be graduating in December and then working full ⌚time. She is polite, 🎇clean, very nice and keeps to herself. However, once you get to know her, she can become one of your 🏆best friends, as she also became mine. The apartment can be available as early as January, with January&#;s rent already paid. Utilities are not included. Tours are available, just schedule a ⌚time with me and I would be happy to show you around as well as meet the roommate.
