Super friendly, they make you feel like you’re part of there family. Great price for a great place. Would definitely recommend living here. Jul 2019: I have lived here for two years! The maintenance staff are friendly and on top of it. Sometimes it will take a week to fill an request, but that is common. Parking is great on some days. Personally, feel like there should be guest parking. The management is great (it did change quite often) and anytime I need something fixed/any issue they are quick to respond. It is quiet site, great size rooms and very convenient to stores.

I have had no hot water for a little over a month now. I reported this when I paid rent 7/2/17. I went into the office again to report this since nothing had been done as of 7/8/17. Called back on 7/18/17 asking for an update and was told the part would be in Friday and fixed. I've been trying to call today for an update 7/24/17 and no one is answering the phone. I have a two year old who cries that the water is cold. This is unacceptable as it is a maintenance emergency and should be handled within three days. No one should have to take cold showers or have to heat their water in order to take a shower. Maybe someone will see this and call me back for results. #1422

However, I noticed that the most common comments about the apart I think the management should address is the area of customer satisfaction and response to tenants' needs.
Before I decided to rewrite my comment here, I have experienced and confirmed this poor attitude to renters' needs.
When we moved-in in 2017, our refrigerator has some serious maggots in it and it was stinking badly. I decided to clean it myself as I did not want to lodge complaints at the begining. We noticed that unhatched eggs keep dropping from where we couldn't figure out. We decided to notify the front office but not a finger was raised to the issue. Similarly, we noticed that our carpret was folding due to the clip/pin they used to hold them falling off. I notified the office twice and I spoke with the manager himself but rather the matter was overlooked and never was it responded too Review from Google

The amenities are useful but the Office staff is constantly changing and has horrible customer service. I had an accidental flood and since then I have been ignored and disrespected. I had to call over and over again to get details on payment for the carpet after my flood and was told for about 3 weeks straight that the manager would call me back and ended up having to pop up at the office randomly. During which i was accused of having people who werent on the lease living with me since I have company often and that I make the complex look "trashy" (by the manager). You would think they would work with you when youre trying to pay them for something you did. Oct 2018: We had some issues with the AC and the carpet. We talked to he manager and he sent someone to fix the AC and to clean the carpet in the living room. He is very approachable and is always willing to help tenants. Staff are also approachable and can answer most of your questions, so we are grateful for their help! Neglecting these issues are causes of fires, etc. Also, there have been times when I've asked the staff to send someone to fix other things in the apartment and sometimes no one comes. We pay so much in rent and at least deserve better customer service and good maintenance to the apartment. I have complained about my stove that has caught fire and quit working multiple times between October and June and had to wait 9 months without a properly working stove. My water reaches 200 degrees and burned my son, I’ve complained and nothing happened.
I did have issues with my master bath that did get fixed but literally nothing else.
They ARE open on Sunday's as their office hours clearly state but they keep the closed sign up and refuse to answer unless you relentlessly bang on the door. Which can be frustrating when you are trying to pay rent and the drop box is sealed shut.
There are always police here and there was gunfire a few weeks ago.

May 2018: This is an ok place to live. The things I dislike about it would mainly refer to apartment living in general not the actual place. When things are broken they get maintenance here fairly quickly to fix. They take decent care of the facilities. I do believe the pool could be kept cleaner, partially maintenance's fault partially residents. They have quite a few people that use the pool that trash it. Mar 2018: Apts are large and well layed out. But having neighbors that are jumpers , stompers and play loud music is the bad part. Have been having issues with neighbors since I moved in . Manager and regional manager do nothing. They would rather have unhappy tenants so they move instead of trying to find a solution where everyone can live here. You can't even have guests over because you can't enjoy a meal, movie or a game of cards. Only resolve is court. And no one wants that but 6 months of nonstop noise is alittle to much and still have 6 months to go. Sep 2017: Pretty good place. Roach problem is annoying, even after spraying still manage to see small roaches. Pretty quiet, no annoying neighbors. However in front of building 14 there is a white pickup that had been there for months on 3 flats and the complex won't move it. It's in a prime spot. Why? Review from Google
