Jul 2019: I understand that things happen and get pushed back but thanks to their irresponsibility I am now having to scramble for a last minute apartment. When I called earlier and asked when they plan to complete construction, I was expecting maybe towards the end of August 2019 but guy on the phone told me that they don't plan to open until AUGUST 2020! I find it hard to believe that they did not have any knowledge Cheatham St. Flats was not going to be ready for this year, so the LEAST they could have done was not wait until basically a month before school starts and 12 days before the move in date to notify us. Ridiculous in my opinion. Review from Google
