The apartment is fully furnished, with covered parking available, and in a 🌉 gated complex.
You will receive a $ visa card when you take over our contract. You can use this towards first months rent, spread it throughout the year - making rent $ or you can use the visa however else you&#;d like.
We will pay for first months utilities.
We have two 🚌 bus stops at either side of the complex - route (old army), or it&#;s about a 5 minute drive to campus.
