Hi, Loading...

Nov 2018: They overcharge and lie to you on a daily basis making you pay more then the people who come last minute and the only nice guy is the maintenance guy ... everyone else just tell you one lie after another with a fake smile. UPDATE: Even after they contacted me on this review and refused to change the price to match other people all because they have goals to meet( Being its very simple to change it if they needed too). DO NOT RENT HERE! Review from Google
Sep 2018: The management is awful. Nothing ever gets fixed unless it is an emergency like a broken fridge or air conditioner. I submitted both a paper and online form when I moved in with everything that was broken and more than a month later nothing on that form had been fixed. The online portal also sucks. It notifies you that rent is due before the first but when you log in it doesn't show you any charges. The pool is a joke. It's like 4 feet deep at the most, and a lot of it is only 2 feet deep. The internet service is slow and unreliable, and the cable isn't in HD. Plus the rent dropped by $30 a month after I had signed my lease... that's really frustrating. don't live here. Review from Google
Jul 2018: Pros: Good place to live, quiet, close to campus, quick maintenance. Cons: the rent was a little pricey (when I left it had decreased), the pool was dirty most of the time and the gym has machines that need to be repair. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I have lived here for 2 years now. In my opinion they are charging to much to stay here. I am in a one bed room paying 859 right now. I just found out that one of my friends that stays here is paying 600 a month. When we first moved in we were paying around 700, but for some reason when we renewed our lease they went up on the price a lot. I believe that is what they do here. Just found out that they plan to go up on my friends lease to 750 a month. First off, anything over 700 is to much to stay here. The rooms are small and the appliances are outdated. And when I say outdated I mean it. The fridge doesn't have an ice maker and has went out on me at least 8 times. I have come home and had to call maintenance to come fix it several times. It happened so often that I got to where I could fix it myself. This was extremely frustrating. The room Review from Google
Jun 2018: Don’t fall for any of the lies being told on this website! All they want is your money and the five star rating is a lie! I’ve been dealing with these people for nearly a year now and I have had not a nights rest. The first place they own (campus crossings on Marion Pugh) burned down on me and several others three months ago due to an electrical wiring issue they knew about and couldn’t be bothered to fix. Now they have placed me in their sister complex here and I’ve been here since the fire (3 months) and the whole time I’ve been here my AC unit hasn’t worked. TODAY is the day they decide to actually fix it! There’s mold growing on the outsides of the buildings, and they stuck me with an electric bill that’s nearly $200 after they decided previously that the way to “fix” my issue was to shove a window unit in my window whi Review from Google
Feb 2018: The only thing nice about this place is the maintenance technician! He really takes the time to fix things and makes sure they work. Unfortunately this place is so cheap that they only hire 1 tech to take care of the entire complex. Other than that, this complex isn’t all that and is sure not cheap either. Utility bill is absurd here! $150 average and we live in a 1 bedroom that we try to use as little electricity as possible. Unfortunately the area around here isn’t too safe so it’s hard to go for a walk or ride your bike. The units are old and pretty plain with not a whole lot of light coming through. Walls are super thin and the windows have a draft so it gets really hot and cold throughout the year. Living room never came with a ceiling fan and the front door is hard to close that you end up having to slam it. When others close their doors, the vibration travels and can shake the things on our wall inside our unit Review from Google
Feb 2018: I lived there last fall and I loved it. Staff is super friendly and is always willing to go out of their way to help you. I recommend it for graduate students who need a nice economical quiet place to live. The only issue was my electricity bill.. it was a little high but if you discount how cheap rent is then it turns out to be a good deal! Review from Google
May 2017: I lived here for 2 years. The units are great, nothing too fancy and the rent is very reasonable. However, the new management here is awful. Review from 5/13/17 on Google

Apr 2017: Excellent parking lot and leasing office. Good amenities. Review from 4/21/17 on Google
Feb 2016: It is a smaller property compared to some of the other student housing complexes in town. Office staff is great and they get to know you by name. Maintenance was slow at the beginning of the year but since the management change ALL of my work orders have been done within the same day as I put them in typically with-in 2 hours. They have lots of events for the residents like pizza and tacos. The LARGE walk in closets are ever girls dream! You can not beat this LOCATION! Review from 2/12/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2016: The price WAS good. $780 for the one bedroom, cable-Internet included and washer/dryer. $450 for pet deposit and $10 a month pet rent. Not to bad for what you get, is what I thought until I got the electricity bill.... Almost 200$ a month! I am almost never home and even when I left for the holiday and shut everything off it was 150$, I don't know how that's even possible. While I am here, I don't use the air conditioning, its super loud and super old, a big reason my bill was so high. The lights radiate heat, the wiring is faulty, lights flicker and pulse. After 3 times "fixing" my fridge I finely It replaced, and the 3 times he was out I asked him to stop my ceiling fans from shaking and squeeking and they still do it. Review from 1/19/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: My experience with University Square has been extremely positive! Maintenance is always extremely fast, the complex is very clean, and the office staff are extremely helpful. Review from 11/22/15 on Google
Nov 2015: the fitness center needs more weight plates and dumbbells other then that its nice, they lied and said it would be hardwood floors but it was just carpet that had a ton of stains all over the place, they are also slow to fix maintenance issues, the parking lot can get over crowded, they wont tell you need a microwave, kitchen is super small, the windows didn't lock when i first got here, they'll lie to you when trying to get you to sign a lease here. the electric and sewer bills are really high also Review from 11/7/15 on Google
Nov 2015: This place is great! :) I love that the bus stop is so close to my apartment since I like to take night classes I don't have to worry about walking alone in the dark to find a bus stop. Review from 11/3/15 on Google
