Howdy! I&#;m looking to sublease my bedroom in a 2x2 apartment for next spring/summer (January to July). It is at The Landing (formally known as Campus Crossings) on Marion Pugh. The apartment rent is $/month and 💡electricity is never more than $ a month. The apartment is furnished (bed frame, desk, nightstand) and includes a washer and dryer. The patio is also nice. The 🚍 bus stop is about a minute 🚶 walk from the apartment, and the 🚍 bus is less than a minute ride to campus. The apartment is shared with another 👩 girl, so please only 👩 females. Also, no pets.
