4 bedroom 4 bath townhome that is 3 floors. Kitchen and Living room are on the first floor, and two bedrooms are on the second and third each. There is a private bathroom with a fairly large closet inside each room. Furnishing is included in price along with a washer and dryer, but the 💡electric bill is seperate. That usually ranges from $-$ max. Really nice community that does small things like crawfish boils, Mac & Cheese bars, etc. Roomates are nice and the place is 🐕 pet friendly :) The price is currently $ with untilities included, but i resigned my lease during a special. Any⌚time the junction is offering a lower rent cost to new signers, you can request to have the rent lowered to that price, so the cost of rent can decrease.
