Apr 2018: I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment here for a year. The staff here has been super polite and helpful with any questions or problems that have come up. (which there hasn't been many at all). Perfect location for a student at Texas A&M with the bus route right outside. Maintenance here is very fast as well! definitely recommend living here! Review from Google
Feb 2018: I have lived in these apts for almost 2 years, and have had a fantastic experience since move in. They are centrally located to pretty much everything you need in town, and just a short drive to other amenities. Shoot, It only takes 5 mins to walk across the street to H-E-B. Talk about convenience. Other than the stellar location, the office staff are all awesome. They’ve been Johnny on the spot with anything I needed, and went out of their way to help me out. They are pet friendly, and provide almost anything you need for your fur babies. There are a multitude of floor plans to choose from, and I’m sure you’ll find one that fits your lifestyle. The pool and gym are a couple other amenities they provide, and both are awesome. Big shout out to Austin for always looking out for me, to Maria for for going above and beyond, and especially S Review from Google
Jan 2018: Subleased a unit for 2 months. When moved in the toilet was already broken. Took them 3 days after my reporting to fix it (not sure where they were expecting me to do my business)! When moving out, they came and check the place and assured me the apartment is in a good condition and I won't be charged for anything extra. Obviously I did get charged for cleaning. I wouldn't mind if I was the one who lived there for a full year but I only lived there for 2 months. They said we have before/after pictures. Guess what, I also had pictures for when I moved in (but who cares they have more power). If it wasn't because of my follow-up, who knows when they would have notified me of the "move-out" balance on my account. I got an email saying the balance is zero but then I realized it wasn't! So management is just terrible, their website is a mess, the Review from Google
Jan 2018: I absolutely love The Enclave! My boyfriend lives there and I spend a lot of time at his apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the location is unbeatable. Visitor parking is free, as long as you park in designated areas so that's a plus too!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I have lived at the Enclave for about a year and a half and have had a great experience! I moved three hours away from home and the Enclave was the perfect transition into my first apartment. I did roommate matching and was a little nervous about it at first, but Maria did a really great job matching us based on our preferences. The office staff has always been very welcoming and able to answer any questions I've had. If I ever have any work orders the maintenance crew has always taken care of them the day I put them in. They even helped my roommate put all of her furniture together when it was delivered. Altogether the Enclave has been a great environment to live in! Review from Google
Nov 2017: I have lived here 2 years and I love it. Austin in the office is awesome! He does his job with the extra care and concern that make others feel welcome. Goes out of the way to help people out. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Here are a few things after me living here for 2 years: 1. Gates are always open during the day. 2. People from outside seem to enjoy using the pool. 3. Service guys are cool. 4. They helped me get rid of my prick ex-roomate and relocate me to another unit free of charge, which is nice. Review from 6/13/17 on Google
Apr 2017: don't live here. The management is awful. They are not helpful at all. The only reason I am okay with giving this place one star is the fact that the maintenance staff is awesome and it has a decent location. The apartments are not worth the cost. They up the rent each year without doing anything to make your apartment nicer. Also if you so choose to live here do not use the roommate matching. If they pair you with someone who you can not stand they will just tell you too bad so sad deal with it. Review from 4/24/17 on Google

Aug 2016: The units are nothing like the models. They are the WORSE management ever in history!! Do NOT trust them, do NOT listen to what they tell you because they are mostly likely lying to get you sign the lease. Make it your last choice and read the lease otherwise you will be in big trouble! I was promised an early move in. However, by the date of the move-in, they offered me a different plan!! The director asked me to wait for just ONE more day to get my assigned unit ready and for the following 5 days I had been lied too over and over. One time while I was waiting for the director, I heard them promising a future resident an early move-in if they sign now! Review from 8/24/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2016: I can't recommend living here to ANYBODY. First of all, the model looks absolutely nothing like the actual units. The flooring (both laminate and carpet) are totally different in color and quality along with a host of other things that are different in quality. Maintence is a nightmare to deal with and the maintence manager is a jerk through and through. The staff seem ill informed and even though they're nice I've gotten misleading information more than once from them. The pool is always noisy (even from a non poolside apartment) and after 10 pm or so turns into a disaster with people partying with loud music in the hot tub, couples practically having sex in the pool and others even smoking pot. Jun 2016: Loved staying here! The work out room has so much to offer, the pool is always clean, and the office workers are soo kind. XXXXX works in the office and she is the kindest person I have ever met. She is very professional and always willing to help with anything. Great apartments!😊 Review from 6/2/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Location, location, and SO MUCH MORE! The Enclave is such an awesome place to live. The location is perfect. I can walk to the HEB because its just right across the street! The office staff goes above and beyond. The office staff doesn't just make it feel like home they MAKE IT YOUR HOME by greeting you and helping you with absolutely anything you could ever ask for (They even help with homework if you ask nicely). The apartments are incredible too. Maintenance makes an apartment complex and the maintenance staff is the friendliest and take huge pride of their work. My complete experience with The Enclave is the greatest and I cant wait to live here next year! Review from 3/30/16 on Google
Mar 2016: I LOVE The Enclave! I have lived here since June and already renewed to stay here again next year! The office staff is so friendly and always makes me feel right at home when I'm in the office. As a grad student, the location is perfect because it's close to campus and all the best study spots, but there's also 2 study rooms on property so I don't have to leave if I don't want too. My favorite thing is the pool though, I practically live out there when the weather is nice. I was really nervous to move to College Station but having a wonderful place to call home has made the transition so much easier! Review from 3/24/16 on Google
Jun 2015: While living at The Enclave has been an overall decent experience, move in was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I was set to move into my unit in January and showed up several days after the move in date I was given. Surprise, surprise, my unit was not ready. Despite the fact that I had been in near constant contact with the management and the previous tenant had moved out a week prior, I was told that the unit had not been cleaned and therefore I could not move in that day. I was told to come back the next day, as it would be available then. I called the manager to make sure everything would be in order, as I had movers scheduled to come the next day, and she assured me everything would be ready by noon at the latest. Apr 2015: I've really enjoyed my stay here. MUCH better than last year. I'll go into detail to reassure all of you thinking about living here. 1. Noise The only noise problem I've had is with my neighbor next to me. I'm on the bottom floor and they guy above us stomps around, or throws bricks on the ground every now and then. Idk. It's not too often though so it's bearable. I can't hear any voicest thru the walls though, which is great. 2. Grounds The apartment is very well kept. There are doggy bags and trash centers for residents to throw their dog's business away. Review from 4/28/15 on Apartment Ratings
