Aug 2021: I love Camber! The new office staff is very friendly and personable. Every time I go in the office it seems they are constantly taking calls and doing their best to accommodate their residents needs or concerns. Love that they build relationships with you. The ladies at the front desk bring a happy energy that makes me feel welcomed whenever I walk in the clubhouse. Camber has two dog parks which my dogs love going to for some exercise or play time with other dogs! GREAT LOCATION.
Jul 2019: The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the apartments are actually very nice on the inside and it’s in a good centralized area. The people that live here are so beyond ignorant and childish it makes it unbearable to live here. Most of the people here are low lifes and all they do is party 24/7. People are so loud all hours of the day and night and i think it’s because management does not enforce rules whatsoever. People throw trash off of their balconies leaving the sweet maintenance staff to pick it up which is RIDICULOUS. No one picks up after their dogs. Every grass area possible is covered in dog poop and again maintenance has to pick it up. There are literally posts all around the complex for dog waste/bags to pick it up yet no one uses them because they are lazy! And again, management does nothing about it cause I’m sure the people who work in the front do the exact same thing with their dogs Review from Google

I tried calling two times in a row and took down the names of the people I talked to Katie and Alley. They need to work on their customer service. Alley told me she was a manger or like one well which one is it? I was put on hold for long wait times to get ahold of a manager and nothing was taken care of. I’m always getting random charges on my account for various things such as Renters Insurance but I have proof that I sent an email and was covered since move in day. When I tried getting my issue resolved about a charge on my account they wouldn’t take the time to help me out. The gate clickers were never given to us upon move in but somehow my roommate got one but not me. Jun 2018: Very upscale, Love the fact that it is a gated community. I looked at a lot of other places in Bryan but this made me feel like I was at home. The building are cheap at best and obvious signs or rushed construction such as lonely installed appliances, doorknobs that don't stay in place or visible holes around the vents and fire alarms. Most likely matinance will take 2 days to let you know they even received your message so often it's best to fix it yourself. Jun 2017: IMO, this is one of the top complex's to live in the Bryan/College Station area for both price and overall aesthetics. The inside of the 4 bedroom apartments look great and they are spacious as well. I live on the first floor in one of their 4 bedroom apartments. The bedrooms are a good "medium" size, but the walk-in closet makes up for it if you prefer a "big" bedroom. Any time I've had a problem, it was taken care of by the Camber Villas staff in a timely manner. NOTE: if you are kind and cordial when discussing problems with your complex's staff, they are much more willing to go out of their way to help you as quickly as possible.

I was never late. The maintenance for fixing things could have been done quicker. Im certainly coming back next fall. Felt very safe at all times.

The staff has always been super sweet to me! I'm not a fan of the mail set up but that's mostly because my work schedule doesn't allow me to be here when things are delivered. I do wish the clubhouse was designed to use after hours. The apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL and I was blessed to get paired up with the Roomate I have!

Apr 2017: If I could give this place no stars I would. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have lived here since October and have had nothing but issues. Management lies. They don't care about anything at all. They handle everything horribly. I will NOT be renewing my lease. We are moving into a house next semester due to having such a horrible experience here. Everyone here is rude and inconsiderate. I feel helpless every time I try to express concern. They just can't get it together. It's laughable here. Take my advice and look elsewhere to live. I know it looks pretty but it's so so not worth it.

We've been told lies since the day we signed our lease and they always go back on their word. They just finished construction in March when we were promised it would be done in August. They also promised all the parents that our gates would be up two weeks after move in (in August) and it's April now and they still aren't up. You can only use the Club house during office hours so if you actually go to school or have a job that means no free printing, no movie theater, no free coffee, or study areas for you. Internet sucks so plan on studying somewhere else.

The walls are paper thin I can actually have a conversation with my roommates through the walls, the noise is too much to handle if you plan on studying or sleeping because they don't enforce the rules regarding pool hours or anything like that, the internet is god awful. However I will say they apartments have a great kitchen and the restrooms are great too but I don't plan on renewing here and I don't recommend it to anybody else.
