At The Standard at College Station, we understand that choosing TAMU housing is a big decision and that you probably have a lot of questions. Your monthly installment payments will provide you with all of the components you need to enjoy luxury College Station student living. Our apartments feature comfortable and stylish units, high-speed internet, cable, custom-designed furniture packages, a 55 Flat Screen ROKU TV, access to our lavish amenities, along with water, trash, and sewage utilities.
Most of our residents are students at Texas A&M, so we schedule our housing contracts around the academic calendar. The contract will begin in August and end in July for a total of 12 months.
The Standard offers a diverse assortment of spa-like amenities to ensure you have the best college experience possible. Our property features an amazing rooftop pool with tanning deck; state-of-the-art fitness facility; a PGA-quality golf simulator; game room; free tanning; a VIP lounge area; and a computer lab with study lounges. We also feature an on-site parking garage!
The number of bedrooms in your apartment will be dependent on the floorplan you choose. The Standard provides layouts featuring studio apartments and typical bedroom floorplans ranging from one to six bedrooms.
The number of bathrooms depends on your preferred floorplan. Individual bathrooms are available in many of our floorplans for residents who desire additional privacy and storage.
Our luxury apartments in College Station, TX, are move-in ready and fully furnished with custom-designed furniture packages.
At The Standard, you can reserve a space in our garage for easy, dependable parking whenever you need it.
Installment payments are easy to remember because they are always due on the first (1st) of every month. You can make these payments online through our secure payment method or simply drop off a check at our leasing office. If your payment is received after 9:00AM on the fourth (4th) of the month, it will be considered late.
All of our TAMU apartments have spacious bedrooms and open common rooms. The exact square footage you have will be dependent on which floorplan you select.
We understand how vital Internet access is to every college student, which is why The Standard provides residents with high-speed Internet.
Our student apartments in College Station, TX, are equipped with all of the appliances you need for healthy living. Kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and an oven. Each apartment also comes with a washer and dryer.
