The unit is located in the River Ridge Townhomes community which is a 🌉 gated complex with 🏊 pool & clubhouse located 1.4 miles from TAMU just off University Drive on the 🚍 bus route to both TAMU and Blinn. The unit features granite counter tops, a large living room, a secluded back patio, built in desks, bedrooms with private baths, and washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, the home is fully furnished and there are assigned parking directly in front of the unit.
The second room is occupied by a sophomore in the College of Sciences who has been my friend since high school and is super cool and easy to live with.
The rent includes 💡electricity and internet, which averages $ per month for the whole unit. Taking this into consideration, the effective rate is $ plus utilities, which is a great price for a fully furnished place in River Ridge Townhomes.
