A very spacious and beautiful bedroom in a 4x4 Large on the first floor of the Towers in Park West! All utilities are included in the rent price! The living area is already fully decorated (we have a super comfy sectional couch not the typical Park West furniture) and the kitchen has all appliances including pots/pans etc. There are three 🚍 bus stops at Park West but one is literally a minute 🚶 walk away from my apartment door! Washer, dryer and pantry are within the unit. Room also includes a 🚶 walk-in closet and bathroom with a seat in the shower!!! Park West amenities include three fitness centers, three 🏊 pools (one on the rooftop), a game room, a Starbucks and convenience store in the lobby and loots of study rooms! I WILL PAY THE SUBLET FEE
