Jun 2018: Good price for the area and it has a lot of amenities like free sonic drinks, coffee and game night. When you come in make sure you ask for Javier, he’s cool and knows a lot about the complex Review from Google
Jun 2018: First off, the location is more perfect, especially for an engineering major. The gym is pretty nice also which is a huge plus for me, and the staff place a big importance on satisfying residents with multiple concerts a year! The FIFA Tournaments are great, and I love beating everyone to the prizes. Last year when my room flooded due to the hurricane, Northpoint was kind enough to move me and my roommates to the model home! The whole situation was handled better than I had hoped, so for that I'm very grateful. Also owe a huge shout out to the great Northpoint rep who convinced me to sign here, Javier Cafaro! Great guy, ask for him if you stop by. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Loved living here. Great sized room, bathroom and closet. Super close to campus! I lived in the building above world of beer, so our parking garage wasn't connected to our building but that was literally the only "negative" I had! 10/10 recommend. Ask for Javier C. to give you a tour! He's the best! Review from Google
Jun 2018: I would say the best attribute about these apartments are there location. It is very convenient, but the price you're paying for this place is definitely not equal to what you get back. Take it from a current resident, it just isn't worth it. Review from Google
May 2018: Great customer service provided by Joe Saldana and team. My daughter had an urgent need for an apartment the weekend before Spring classes were to start, and we were scrambling to find a spot. We had visited Northpoint Crossing in an earlier visit and liked the property, but ended up choosing another location. The other location had a fire which forced us to move quickly, and that is where Joe came to our rescue. He quickly gathered some floor plan options, did a quick roommate match, and within a day and 2-3 phones calls we had a room secured. The rest of the team got us a quick tour of the unit, signed the paperwork, and we were moving in same day. Overall, the Mgmt team has been great to work with after 6 months, and we've already renewed our lease. Great room, amenities and location for the price. Easy walk to campus, ample parki Review from Google
Apr 2018: I lived in CS for 4 years, the first 2 years in the Stack and the last 2 years in Northpoint Crossing. I'm very glad that I moved to Northpoint from the Stack. I had wonderful time there. The manager, Jake, is a very nice guy and is willing to help. I recently moved to NC and I wish I could find a similar place here. Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is great... Apartments are spacious, facilities are ever clean! And staff is the friendliest and hands on I've ever met... There are so many amenities and it's all great! Of course all this also comes with a "good" price. And as an international intern (South Africa😛) sometimes rent gets tough. The staff here is sooo understanding and supportive, I don't feel too far from home. Also what makes me feel like the prices are worth staying here is they host a lot of great and fun activities such as shows, open mics, competitions, birthday specials, movie nights and sometimes free Food! My favourite was the Fetty Wap concert hosted at the clubhouse just last week... Now tell me what other apartments are as lit🔥 as mine!?? Review from Google
Apr 2018: Our place is infested with roaches!! When we originally moved in (fall 2017) we found 4 dead ones. Throughout the year we have found 6 more ALIVE. Absolutely disgusting!! Plus you can tell that people never cleaned the place before we moved in because after walking around barefoot in the apartment after one day my feet were completely black. Plus, the pool and parking garages are always full of trash and the one time I went to use the hot tub it was broken. not worth what you pay. Review from Google

Mar 2018: Nice location, and aesthetically pleasing for our college child. Neat amenities. Nice areas to study, starbucks coffee stations, food events, tanning beds, gym, and workout rooms for exercise classes - sometimes with a DJ. Nice big room, with full size bathroom and walk-in closet. However, they seem to have difficulty keeping their books straight, even with online pay. We were autopay the 1st year, then they made changes to their system and took months to straighten. They notify my child, but never notify the parents when there is a problem. Yet we are they one's paying for rent. My child had moved apartments, yet 6 months later had not changed mail box but took key. Printers seem to not work most of the time. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I lived here Fall 2017 which completed 4.5 years in college station. Trust me... It's only good for its location. With all the newer places being built on University I'm sure you could find a more honest property manager than those that are here. $25 for a trash bag fee at move out? They haven't ceased to let me down at Northpoint. Review from Google
Mar 2018: My friend Jessica lives here which makes it worthy of a 5 star review. Interpret that as you see fit. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I lived at Nortpoint for 6 months now. In that time I have been stuck in a broken elevator, my car has been robbed in their parking garage, and I have had deal with loud sirens at 2 am because the fire station is 300 feet away and the apartments aren't soundproof at all. I have heard my neighbors "getting it on" through the paper thin walls here. The parking garage is almost a death trap, just try driving all the way up it a few times before you live here. It is far too narrow to accommodate most SUV's and trucks. The pool sticks in the pool room are always broken tipped so if you like to play pool bring your own. The elevators for my building break down at least once a month, sometimes with me inside of them. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Nice accommodations in the new buildings. It is wise in a college area that they rent to each individual to prevent roommate issues. Review from Google
Jan 2018: North point crossing is a great place to live for students or anyone working in College Station! There's many amenities such as 2 pools, 2 gyms, study pods, events, and great management that always keeps the place clean. Texas A&M is easily accessible by walking or the Aggie bus route!
Dec 2017: They have good customer service. Make sure to ask plenty of questions without assuming anything. The price they give you covers everything but electricity, which is pretty reasonable. Everything is furnished except the TV. Everything looked very nice and clean. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Such lovely and well kept apartments. It was so nice to see that the complex is just as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Love living at Northpoint Crossing. Jake, Joe, Joe, Tom, and Laura have went out of their way to make this place fun & enjoyable. Rent is a tad pricey but considering the amenities and get-to places for your wants and needs, it’s well worth it. Review from Google
Sep 2017: If you can find a sublease/sublet option then go for it! Without a discounted price I would not have been able to afford the cost of rent. My sublease was for a 4x4 over the summer semester only so with keeping the fact that there are a lot less people here over the summer in mind: Pros = + The rooms are big for student living + The kitchen has SO much shelving space + Shelby Valentine, Daniel Brown and Buster were awesome throughout my lease {I'm not sure most residents realize how much y'all do but know you ARE appreciated} + 24-hour pool + Packages are delivered to the clubhouse rather than your door so you don't have to worry about your stuff being stolen + More gym equipment than most complexes + 24-hour gym areas - there are three different areas to work out + Maintenance responded within the day when work orders were put in for our ove Review from Google
Sep 2017: The location is amazing. The amenities are good, most of the time. But the service isn't always the best. And they make moving out seem simple and then sneak in ridiculous charges and tell you everything is past due even if you have a big credit on your account. Be prepared to fight with them about it. Review from Google
Jun 2017: North Point is where it's at! The office staff is on their game all the time and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond! The location and the distance to campus is unbeatable. I Highly recommend north Point to anyone looking for superb housing! Review from 6/12/17 on Google
Jun 2017: North Point Crossing apartments is a great place to live! Their website gives you everything that you would need to know other than pricing and they show all the floor plans and even tell you what is no longer available so you don't get your hopes up on a certain layout that is actually sold out. All the amenities are things I find useful being a college student such as the computer lounges, gym, pools, etc. The staff is great and I love that its so close to campus. It's definitely a place to check out if you are looking for housing! Review from 6/8/17 on Google
Jun 2017: North Point Crossing is an awesome place to live! I love how close to campus it is so you do not have to drive to campus. It has a great modern feel with the granite counter tops. They always put on events for the residents such as thirsty thursday and have BBQ's for us. The two pools are great for relaxing on the weekend! Overall a great place to live and I would recommend it to everybody! Review from 6/3/17 on Google
May 2017: I agree with a previous reviewer who stated that a lot of the positive reviews sound like employees wrote them. One person said he loved how clean the complex is and I laughed. The hallways and stairwells are constantly disgusting. Vomit, dog pee, occasionally dog poop, and lots of other unexplained stains and smells are common in the hallways and stairwells. I always have to carefully watch where I'm walking. A common joke between a friend and I has become, "hey watch out for the dog pee". I had one friend who lived with mold in her apartment for a long time despite putting in a work order. Review from 5/13/17 on Google
Mar 2017: he parking garage is very difficult to drive in with blind and tight turns. People speed in them, and you cannot see them coming. I've almost been hit many times. The garages do get very full at night and you will most likely not be able to find a spot on your floor. Visitor parking is very inconvenient also. I was towed on the fifth floor of the garage, and there was barely anybody parked there. A lot of the bedrooms are very small as well, and cabinet spacing is difficult with four people because there are barely enough for everybody. the washing machines have had issues more often than they should. Review from 3/19/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I lived here my sophomore year, now I live somewhere else and I am moving back to NPC for next year. Yeah, there are things that could be better such as the parking garages, but the location, amenities and resident perks make up for it. Also, as a leader of an organization, NPC has been very generous in letting me hold socials for the organization in the clubhouses. would recommend to a friend. Review from 3/2/17 on Google
