Looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring semester! This apartment is 🚶 walking distance to Texas A&M University and has a 🚍 bus route right next to the building&#;s street.
The base rent amount is $/month, this includes your private bathroom and a 🚶 walk-in closet. The 4x4 apartment is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer in the unit. Additionally, your rent includes the trash pickup, 🌊 water and wifi as well. This apartment is also 🐕 pet friendly in case you want to bring your furry friend with you.
Move-in would be at the end of December/start of January (can be accommodated for what you need) with the lease ending on 7//!
