Nov 2019: My husband and I never had roaches before. Now we've requested pest control several times. One of the times I stayed home and no one ever came. The other times, my husband and I were never sure if someone came or not. There's never been any smell and the roaches have never gone away. We're constantly battling the roach problem on our own. They charge you $10 for a laundry card. Half of the dryers do not work. They advertise that they're pet friendly, which means there's dog poop all over the grounds. My children can't walk around outside without worrying about stepping on something. Review from Google
Sep 2019: I've been living here for about 3 months and have had no complaints! The washers and dryers on site work smoothly and are never overcrowded, there's lots of parking present, staff has been nice, and the apartment was very clean when delivered. There is less students this far out from the common residencies around campus (especially the crowded north side). Also, this is one of the furthest out bus stops from campus, but it is present. There are mini-stations around the complex that offer bags to clean up after your dog, but I still recommend staying on the sidewalks to avoid any morning surprises. Maintenance here has also done a good job of keeping the complex clean and repairing any issues with the apartment (had issues with AC and with bulbs). Will update in the future. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Manager and her staffs are so mean and don't have any sense of humor. They don't want to talk nicely to the people. Very very poor management team Review from Google

Jun 2019: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called in regards to my daughter who has had MULTIPLE people claim there money was stolen by the AGM Paige Arthur, she has a past of stealing from Holleman Crossing Apartments as told by various people in the complex. As a concerned parent I called to speak to the general manager Alisa Loza when I explained my concerns she cut me off telling me that my daughter is a grown adult and if she wants to speak to her she needs to do it herself and that she couldn’t tell me her account details since I wasn’t on the lease. I was not asking for any account information just simply stating my concerns. After being cut off and interrupted she proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back I spoke to the AGM Paige Arthur who was absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. Both of these individuals were the most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful people I have ever spoken to Review from Google
Apr 2019: I used to love living here but recently I have really started to hate living here. The dog poop has gotten ridiculous on the property. When I mentioned it to management they said they were going to send out an email to everyone reminding them to clean up after their pets. This email NEVER happened. There is also ALOT of drug activity and vandalism within the complex. Someone busted out my car window and stole things from my vehicle two nights ago. When I mentioned my concerns about the suspicious activity I was told to call the cops which I did before notifying the front office. Its like the management on the property doesn't care about the safety of the residents. I would suggest anyone with kids to stay as far away from this property as possible. just renewed my lease and hate that I did. I don't even feel safe in my own home anymore. Review from Google
Mar 2019: The staff is are so nice and helpful. And the property was so clean . I came on the weekend and was greeted by Garrison. He was very informative about the property and the three-bedroom I was looking at. Even though I didn't get approved I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Miss Nicole for being so helpful..☺ Review from Google
Feb 2019: I've lived here for almost a year now and love it. They have begun redoing the outside of the apartments which has really helped the look of the place. I can't wait to see it finished. I will definitely be renewing for another year. The girls in the office have been helpful whenever I've needed anything. Review from Google

Jan 2019: Great complex at great prices! I've lived here for 5 years and started in a 2 bedroom now in a 3 bedroom. It's close to everything and I'll be renewing my lease again for another year! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I lived in their 1 bedroom for a year and I loved it! Totally a great spot for the single person who does not want roommates :) Review from Google
Dec 2018: The rent payments are great! Lower than Parkwest and most other places we looked at. Good quality, good appliances and great location right up the road from school and highway 6. The signing process was painless and we were able to look at our apartment the same day that we called. I would recommend and have recommended this apartment to everyone. Review from Google
Dec 2018: They are currently redoing the outside of the buildings which I think will help the look a lot. The units are in good condition. If you are looking for a good location, and helpful staff than Huntington would be great. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Great place to live! Office staff is awesome and the manager has always taken care of any issues i might have professionally and effectively! Apartments are spacious, great maintenance staff and can't beat the location! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Spacious units!!! Management is really nice and caring. Maintenance is always fast and super easy to deal with! If your looking for a good deal I would recommend you try out Huntington!! Review from Google
Dec 2018: DO NOT MOVE HERE! Had I known then, what I know now-I would’ve moved somewhere else. First off, apartments has roaches. Not “water bugs”, the gross German roaches. There’s drug activity in my complex, people outside loud all hours of the night so much so, I’ve got surveillance cameras around and in my unit. The property “assistant manager” Nicole, is not only unprofessional but does not need to handle payments. I reserved a parking spot, gave Nicole the $15 money order she needed for my spot, showed her on the map where I wanted it, I asked her “is that?”, she said yes they will have maintenance paint the spot for me. Cool. A few days go by, still no painted parking spot. I emailed them, they replied via email that they had painted the spot for me. Fast forward to now, I’m told I needed a tag, I go to pick it up and I’m Review from Google
Aug 2018: PRO: So the units at this place are not bad. Yeah they are a little old, but the new floors and all of the appliances are good. It is now a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to live. The maintenance also have stepped up their game and most issues we had were resolved quickly the same day. It was also very nice that it was close to wolf pen creek, and we could easily walk there. We have really enjoyed the apartment itself. They have even remodeled the outside of the units and it made a difference on our energy bill. CON: The management here and the people in the office are the problem though. There is one little blonde girl inside who should be fired. Her very poor attitude and lack of professionalism are easily seen. You can tell though that the staff here really don't care about you. If you are a quiet tenant and don't need to talk to the Review from Google
Jul 2018: So stupid. Management will find all the things wrong and charge you lots for it, even if it's cheaply made. They do not care about their tenants, and if they read all the bad reviews here they don't issue a resolution or step up to resolve it. I've seen LOTS of cases where management will respond to bad reviews for apartments but not this one. They have the nerve to give a 5 star review under the account "Huntington Server " just to raise this horrible property's ratings. I've stayed here for less than a year, DO NOT stay here. Again cheaply made, and they will still charge you lots of fees for how run down this place is. The one star does go to the area around it. Find a different place to stay in this area. Jul 2018: Lived there for 6 months. Worst experience ever. Do not stay Review from Google
Mar 2018: This place is a joke! Carnival for a special kinda of stupid! From the ignorant managers to maintenance and everyone in between! There’s no chance of getting what you pay for! Review from Google
Nov 2017: It sucks manmgent is ok that gym sucks Mus tog the equipment is out if order buildings sucks my room has water damage to not live here it suck cost more than it ia Review from Google
Sep 2017: This is one of the cheapest apartments you can find near the Texas A&M campus, but beware. You get what you pay for... 1. The staff is friendly but the management is constantly trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you. The apartments are old, loud (floors are extremely creaky and will wake you up), damp, and falling apart- yet they up the rent each year by a ridiculous amount. There were several instances of tires being slashed and car break-ins in the parking lot. ALWAYS lock your cars and doors here. Always. I suggest you carry pepper spray or a form of personal protection, especially at night. 2. The pet rent is outrageous, yet they don't enforce that people pay it (I had a neighbor with a dog like mine, but he never paid a penny for it because they never knew about the dog). don't fall for the whole "you'll get your pet deposit Review from Google
Mar 2017: I lived in the Huntington for almost 3 years. My 1st year was good, the office staff was totally different from the staff that is in there when I left. The apartment was nice no problems with maintenance, 2nd year things had gone down, way down, during the summer my ac had went out called maintenance at 11pm to come fix it, they didn't make it until 1am. So the next day the ac went out again and I called and told maintenance. Plugs in the master bathroom and bedroom did not work I told them that right after I did my check upon move in. Smh. My last few months there I had to move out due to black mold, I even had a doctor's note stating that something in the apartment was making me sick (I have pictures as well)in the apartment and the had me sick. My ac leaked in the apartment which had the carpet in the dining room wet. That is a terrible pla Review from Google
Dec 2016: I was a resident here. These apartments are full of roaches. I complained and tried to control them with all means but they just kept coming. The leasing staff sounds very sweet but they have no humanity. When I was moving out I went to leasing office two times to ask the right procedure to move out and return all the necessary items. As per their instructions I put my keys, parking sticker, and laundry card in one envelope and returned to the leasing office. They told me it will take about 2 months to finalize my account. I waited for three months and received nothing. So I went to the leasing office and they told me I didn't provide the forwarding address. I asked when I came and asked to do all the paper work of moving out why didn't you ask me, and they told me I opted not to provide the address. That is a clear lie. And I got another s Review from Google
Oct 2016: The main issue we had with this apartment was that the apartment had very BAD FLEA problems. For the whole one year we constantly had bites around our ankles and even our arms. It was ugly and super itchy! We never had any animals (or even plants) and kept our place clean. When we moved in, the carpet and wood floor were newly replaced. We still don't know where the fleas came from. I was so upset because our wedding was approaching and my ankles looked so bad. My reception dress was a short one so our family and friends would see the bites on my ankle. I went to the leasing office to show them and ask them to do something. But they couldn't even report an emergency to the termite control. Review from 10/2/16 on Google
Jul 2016: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A -10 STAR I WOULD!!! WE CONSTANTLY HAVE TO CALL MAINTENANCE TO GET STUFF FIXED AND IT STILL doesn't HELP BC A COUPLE DAYS LATER WE'RE CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE WE PAY 1,079$ A MONTH FOR A PIECE OF CRAP!! HERE IT IS 10:57PM AND OUR A.C. don't WORK IT'S 90° IN OUR APARTMENT RIGHT NOW!! I CALL MAINTENANCE THEY COME OUT LOOK AND LEAVE NEVER FIXED NOTHING!! THIS IS BULL CRAP!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE don't LIVE HERE!!!! Review from Google
