House is located near HWY 6 in South College Station. About min from University and less than 2 minutes away from HEB.
Hardwood Floors, Updated Kitchen, W/D included, extra rooms included. Garage is converted to gym, also has a Hot Tub in the back never used but operational.
Two other roommates, one a graduate student in Engineering and the other is an Alumni with two jobs so house is pretty quiet. Is also a dog friendly home and has an extra room and backyard for dog(s).
