Sep 2019: Great place to live. Friendly neighbors. Property Manager, Byron, responds quickly to any maintenance issues/concerns. Maintenance (Bill?) is professional, polite and knowledgeable. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Management is friendly and professional. Local property manager Byron responds promptly to issues. Convenient location and great management. 10/10 recommend. Review from Google
May 2019: The property manager, Byron, has been amazing for the past year that ive been living here. He’s always been responsive when it comes to maintenance calls or for emergencies. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Byron has really turned the management around for Fox Meadows! This is my second year living here and his first year managing these apartments so I’m able to see just what it looks like to have a manager passionate about his job on board! We had the worst incident with our lock jamming and locking us inside of our home and he was here first thing that morning! The next day our water line burst and he had it fixed within a couple hours! He goes out of his way to spend time talking and getting to know you and making sure your needs are met. Very sweet man and very invested in the wellbeing and quality of life each of his residents is living! If he has any control over it he will do his best to make sure it is taken care of! Thanks Byron! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Byron went out of his way to help me get everything taken care of in a quick way,,,,, even helped me with a ride during hi busy day. I would definitely recommend this guy if you ever are in the market for an apartment Review from Google
Dec 2017: Will not respond to your emails or phone calls and their office is someone's garage who has nothing to do with this management group??? Everything is super sketchy about this place. Avoid and save yourself several headaches. Review from Google
Oct 2016: I wrote my original review after living in a property managed by luxor for a year. Now, having lived in properties they've managed going on 4 years, I would like to update that review so that I can share my experience with others. One of the most important things to look for in a management company is one that sets proper expectations. Both of the managers set very clear expectations of what the terms of the lease are. They spent about an hour with me and my roommates going over all of the terms of the lease agreement, what we would have to do if and when we moved out and how our security deposit would be handled in that situation when we first signed the lease. I know from discussions with other tenants of theirs that they do this with every single tenant. Another thing that is very important in dealing with a management company is their re Review from Google
Sep 2016: Luxor Management is the best leasing management company I have ever dealt with. There are no amenities so they have excellent prices on all their properties, and they do NOT tow guests or make you pay for parking. Whenever anything broke or stopped working all I did was call Anna and she usually fixed it within a day or two. They are more than fair and as long as you abide by the lease's terms you will get the ENTIRE security deposit back. I highly recommend Luxor Management to anyone and everyone. Review from Google

Sep 2016: I would highly recommend not leasing from this property. It is extremely unprofessional and I was highly displeased with my overall experience. I'm usually never one to take time out of my day to post negative feedback but if I can save at least one person from leasing through Luxor Management with my review then it is well worth it. My apartment was far less than my expectations based upon walking through their model unit. The day of move in their management team/leasing agent/maintenance girl, Anna, was still in our apartment installing tile in our kitchen, spray painting a rust stain on our dirty fridge, and making minor repairs throughout the entire apartment. Our carpet was not cleaned and they clearly weren't ready for us to move in. Throughout the year we had a few major issues with A/C and plumbing which is expected from an older unit Review from Google
Mar 2016: I lived here for 2 years and they absolutely suck. Their prices are higher than the same townhomes on the same street. Do not lease from them!!! Anna and Missy are rude, inconsiderate and provide the worst customer service. Things would break and we would call to have them fixed and they would tell us that we would have to fix it ourselves and tell us how to do it. That is so unprofessional. Our dryer broke and burnt a whole load of my clothes. My moms dog came over for the weekend (mind you that I did have a dog and pay a pet deposit) and they charged me a pet visiting fee of $50/day!!! Who does that?! When my roommates and I moved out, we spent 16 hours cleaning that house just making sure we got every nook and cranny spotless and that we would get most of our deposit back. My toilet seat did break and so did the blinds in one of my roommat Review from Google
Feb 2015: I lived in Fox Meadows for a little over two years. I felt safe and was always treated well by the staff of Fox Meadows. I lived in a second floor apartment, and while there was sometimes noise from the road, the scenic mountains to the West more than made up for any noise. I enjoyed living close to both the Fire and Police Departments. I worked with the property manager to install an adjustable shower head, and encountered no problems -- maintenance even installed it for me. Also, at least when I lived there, renters were entitled to one free carpet cleaning a year. I would check to make sure that's still the case -- it was great for me since I had animals.
