Jul 2021: Resident • 2019 - 2020 I live there for a year ask for the green mold to be washed off out side my door that never happened and had to have my ac filled 5 times in the year we lived there with our new born son then and they will not work with you on anything at all if you need something fix they get mad at you and say you did it. I'm also going to sue them they say we owe $3000 to them and didn't even live there 2months. Never will I tell someone this is a good place to live there was a shooting and a standing in the same block. Review on 4/26/2021 from apartmentratings
Jun 2021: BEWARE of BRAZOS POINT Apartments, College station, TX move out charges!!! I vacated this apartment on Dec 5th 2020 and turned the keys to the manager on Dec 9th 2020. I paid full month rent for December and also I paid extra amount as early move out charges $628.15. Security deposit $250 not yet refunded. Apartment manager Cynthia O'Quain (also called as cyndi) created a fake bill with $30 for damage blinds dirty charges; bathroom cleaning $50; floor cleaning $60; fridge cleaning $20; oven cleaning $20; kitchen wall and dish washer cleaning $20; 2nd bathroom cleaning $20; replace all pans $30; replace 2 light bulbs $8; rent charges $517.30 for the period 1/1/21-1/21/21 (I did not live in this apartment during this time); relet/sublet fees $628.15 and send the bill to debt collector- Hunter Warfield, Inc. Cynthia has not yet showed the bill to me.
Oct 2018: It's my third year living here and I'm not planning to move until I finish my college degree. Awesome staff, very efficient on-site maintenance, friendly neighbors and just a very quiet place in general. Definitely would recommend and wouldn't have chosen anything other than BPA. Review from Google
May 2018: I really enjoy Brazos Point. I moved here blind from across the country and am very happy with my choice. Rent is reasonable for the 1bed 1bath apartment and the condition is very good. It's just a ten minute drive from my department on campus on University. The location is great, on the south side, somewhat removed from campus and in the suburbs. Also, most of the residents are graduate student or adults, there are even some families here. These two things make it feel very homey and it's a quiet and relaxed community. Maintenance is fast acting, and the management is very helpful. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Friendly office staff, maintenence is quick to fix issues, clean apartments and grounds. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Family oriented, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Place is GREAT in price. I've been here for almost 3 years and I'm staying till I graduate!! :) Review from Google
Feb 2018: SUMMARY: affordable and comfortable place to live BUT management is deceitful. EDIT: I originally gave this place 4 stars, but management's actions during move-out changed my opinion. After moving out, the manager (Cindy?) withheld $180 from our deposit for not shampooing our carpet even though 1) we did not have pets 2) there weren't any spills to shampoo 3) the contract did not specify that we had to shampoo our carpets. Before moving out, ask the manager to inspect your unit with you and clean any issues *as needed* by yourself. PROs: The nearby bus-stop is the first AND last stop for route 34 as of Apr. 2017. This comes in handy for mornings when you wake up late Maintenance is prompt Complex is clean and quiet Reliable and fast internet (20 Mbps down, 1 Mbps up average) Mix of student and non-student residents CONs: Primarily in mana Review from Google
Aug 2017: The staff here is so nice and easy to work with. The maintenance folks do a good job and are fast to respond. The price is affordable and we loved living here. I would live here again in a heart beat. It is also right next to a Texas A&M bus stop so it was the perfect place for me and my family to live while I went to school at A&M. Review from Google

Jul 2017: If you're looking for a great place on a budget this is absolutely the place to be. I stayed here for two years and truly do not have one complaint about the place. It's extremely affordable, and for your money you get and incredibly clean and comfortable space with excellent management. The maintenance staff was always on point and super friendly. The management was the absolute best. Cynthia is extremely personable and will help with anything at the drop of a hat. Look no further Brazos Point is the place to be. Side note: I had to sell my washer and dryer fairly last minute and was having difficulty finding buyers; I emailed Cynthia asking if she knew of anyone and was told she would ask around. The next day I had them sold. can't say enough good things about the people working here and the property. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Average low-income apts. Perfect for students in a tight budget. Review from Google
May 2017: Summary: affordable and comfortable place to live but the units could use some minor tune-ups Pros: The nearby bus-stop is the first *and* the last stop for route 34 as of Apr. 2017. This comes in handy for those mornings when you wake up late Management is courteous Maintenance is prompt Complex is clean and neighborhood is quiet No noisy appliances (renovated unit) Not too much shade, not too much sun Reliable and fast internet (20 Mbps down, 1 Mbps up average) Mix of student and non-student residents Cons: Nothing major Kitchen: cabinet drawers bend down if you pull them out too much, and the stove's air vent leads nowhere. The refrigerator is next to a wall, so you can't open it all the way to access the bottom-right crisper drawer (@mgmt: switch stove and fridge position?) Review from 5/15/17 on Google
May 2015: I've lived here for awhile. Probably too long for the common apartment dweller living in a college town. I don't see any reason to leave other than the fact that I'll be sowing my oats in a bigger city soon to chase the American dream. If I could stay here I would. This is the perfect place; away from the major rush of Fall and Spring crowds but close enough to be in the midst of it if I want to be. My sweet little furbaby ____ is high maintenance and I know he is going to miss the morning sun and fresh air. As far as working with the front office, it's never been easier. It's nice that when I go to talk about something I am not looking forward to addressing, that the decor and the staff are equally charming. Review from 5/20/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2015: I've lived here for 9 months and won't be renewing. If you value quiet, do NOT live here. All of the air conditioning units are very loud, some of them so corroded they have holes in. With the single-glazed windows every time your neighbors run the a/c you'll be kept awake. Secondly, I've had two sets of neighbors in my time here. Both times, I could hear them snoring through the walls. I've had to wear earplugs every night for the past 9 months. Also, the plumbing! Whenever anyone runs the water in any of the 4 apartments (either your neighbor or the two apartments on the other side of the building) you'll hear it. It's loud enough to drown out the sound of the TV, also loud enough to wake someone up. Review from 5/5/15 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2015: I was very impressed with our recent tour! I've been looking for the perfect place for my daughter and feel like we really found it. We love the open floor plan and the property was so clean and colorful. I thought that the office staff was super friendly! They genuinely seemed to care about our needs and concerns. I think they will take great care of my baby and as a mother that's such a huge concern when your little girl moves off for the first time!! We ran into a couple doing their laundry and they were so friendly and seemed to really love the staff and the property. That just gave us a really good vibe! We leased that day! Aug 2014: I have lived here for a little over a year and LOVE this place. The rent is reasonably inexpensive for the units provided and were cheaper for more space than most other complexes. Given it's location, amiable tenants, great staff, and the rest of the package, I think this is a great place to live. I absolutely love the property manager, Lisa. She really makes living here even more enjoyable. She has helped me every step of the way and is always willing to have a nice conversation. The maintenance crew does their best to answer every call and so far, I haven't had a problem with their work or the time frame in which they complete it. I haven't had any trouble with my car being broken into or bed bugs, as other posts have mentioned. Nor have I had issues with mold or leaks or bugs or anything really. Just typical maintenance of an older complex. (apartment reviews
Aug 2014: I recently moved into Brazos Point and I love it. As an A&M student, and as a regular tenant, I would highly recommend this property. The community is quiet, and my apartment is the perfect size for one person. When I was looking to lease here, the property manager, Holly, went above and beyond helping me. I was unable to look at the property in person and Holly sent me lots of pictures, and even gave me a virtual tour via FaceTime! I look I plan on remaining here until I finish school. Jul 2014: My fiance and I have lived in Brazos Point for the past year and just renewed our lease. It's a family apartment complex and a very quite environment. We love the apartment manager Lisa, she is always there to give a helping hand and the maintience man is wonderful. We love the spacious rooms and living space. We are pleased with the pricing, location, and many of the various aspects that Brazos Point has to offer their tenants. (apartment reviews 7/20/2014)
